The versatile singer has been spotted in South Africa alongside South-African hip-hop star, Cassper Nyovest. Photos of Ycee visiting Cassper at his house are currently circulating on the internet this comes few hours after his performance at this week's Big Brother Naija live show.

Nigerian singer and actor, Banky W, has announced the closure of his record label, EME Records. While the EME brand remain, the company has announced by Banky will now be a 'full fledged media agency' focusing on Creative Marketing, Advertising, PR, Brand Events/Activations and talent management. Their client presently include DJ Xclusive, Ebuka, Toolz, Banky himself and his wife Adesua and few corporate brands.

Banky made this revelation few minutes ago on Instagram.

The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has announced that 2017 BATCH “B” STREAM II orientation camp scheduled to start on January 16, 2018 is suspended in Benue and Taraba State.‎
The NYSC made this announcement on its twitter handle to prospective corp members, PCMs, posted to Benue and Taraba. It noted that a new date will be communicated soon.‎

“The NYSC management wishes to inform all PCMs deployed to Benue and Taraba states that the 2017 Batch B stream 2 orientation course scheduled to hold in Benue camp has been suspended. A new date will be communicated to you in due course,” the agency said.

No reason was given for the postponement. However, both states have suffered recently from violence between herdsmen and farming communities leading to scores of deaths.

The NYSC had previously fixed January 16 for the opening of orientation camps for prospective Batch B, Stream 2, corps members nationwide.‎

The management of the Scheme had said the 2017 Batch ‘B’ Stream II orientation course was scheduled to hold in 15 NYSC Orientation Camps which were Abia, Bauchi, Benue, Delta, Enugu, Sokoto, Jigawa, Kaduna, Katsina, Plateau, Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Rivers and the FCT.

With this development, orientation camp will commence on the 16th only in 13 states and Abuja.

Facebook has announced a new development to it's products. According to Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook's founder, the social media platform is now making adjustments to help users enjoy the time spent on the platform.
The new developments will ensure users see more of content from family and friends and less public content. Mark released a statement on his verified Facebook page with regards to this. Read below:

We built Facebook to help people stay connected and bring us closer together with the people that matter to us. That's why we've always put friends and family at the core of the experience. Research shows that strengthening our relationships improves our well-being and happiness.

former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has assured Nigerians that the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, will not fail them.

Mr. Abubakar returned to the PDP last year after about three years in the All Progressives Congress. He is expected to run for the presidential ticket of the opposition party for next year’s general elections.

According to a statement signed by Jacob Onjewu, spokesperson of the Atiku Care Foundation, Mr. Abubakar who was speaking through the chairman of the foundation, Aliyu Ibn Abbas, said the PDP is the only party that can transform Nigeria and take its economy back to prosperity.
He said this in Kaduna on Sunday when one of his supporters, Zainab Pindar, organised a reception for him at the Arewa House to welcome him back to the PDP.

Mr. Abubakar further urged his supporters to spread the message of PDP’s good plans to the people at the grassroots.

“PDP still remains the only national party in Nigeria. It is the hope of the common man to be free from the fraud called the APC,” Mr. Abbas said at the event.

He praised Miss Pindar for committing her resources to funding the reception, adding that Nigeria needs such patriotic youth in good positions to contribute meaningful ideas that would move the country forward.

Earlier in her remarks at the gathering, Miss Pindar vowed to do every thing within her capacity to project and campaign for the success of Mr. Abubakar and the PDP ahead of 2019.

“We will use our time, resources, energy and contacts in ensuring the PDP and Wazirin Adamawa is successful in the 2019 election. #AtikuCareProject2019,” she said.

The programme attracted dignitaries which include Ibrahim Wusono who is the PDP Secretary in Kaduna State, A.A Yaron Kirki, who represented former Governor of Kaduna State, Mukhtar Yero; Yusuf Dan Bala and the PDP chairman for Igabi Local Government Area of the state.

Now, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, on Wednesday debunked allegations of theft at the airport as baseless and impossible.

FAAN was reacting to allegations of poaching of aircraft and stealing of baggage at the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos.

Earlier on Tuesday, a private jet purportedly conveying two top Nigerian musical artists, Ayodeji Balogun aka “Wizkid” and Tiwa Savage from Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State, was allegedly attacked and robbed while taxiing on Lagos airport’s runway.

The Bombardier Challenger 605 jet with registration number T7-A00 arrived Lagos from Uyo at about 8:33 p.mm and was slowly taxiing to the arrival hangar when the cargo compartment was allegedly burgled.

Reports said upon arrival at Quits Aviation Center, a private jet hangar, the pilot discovered that two bags belonging to Ms. Savage and Wizkid had allegedly been stolen.

Amidst allegations of poaching of aircraft and stealing of baggage at the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos, FAAN said such allegations as baseless and practically impossible.

While Wizkid has remained mute about the incident, Tiwa took to social media to vent her frustration.

The incident is coming shortly after another alleged theft of passengers’ property occurred at the airport.

SaharaReporters had reported that a Vistajet jet with the registration number 9H-VFA operated by Evergreen Apple Nigeria (EAN) Ltd was allegedly robbed on December 12 when taxiing to the hangar of EAN.

The jet was reportedly arriving from Istanbul and the robbery allegedly took place after landing in Lagos when a black bag belonging to a flight attendant was reportedly stolen from the incident.

But the airport authorities in its release stated that it is not possible for anyone to burgle an aircraft in motion. FAAN said because aircraft are highly technical machines, it is practically impossible for anyone who does not have the requisite training and competence to operate or tamper with the baggage compartment.

Henrietta Yakubu, FAAN spokesperson, in a statement Wednesday evening, said that in both instances of alleged theft, preliminary findings from investigations conducted by an inter-agency committee set up to probe the allegations could not substantiate the claims.

“The purported victims in the said cases also did not make themselves available for questioning, in the quest to unravel the case,” Mrs. Yakubu said.

“Although investigations are still on going, FAAN will like to reassure travellers and the general public that with the level of safety and security systems on ground at the airports, it is practically impossible for an aircraft to be burgled within our Runways and Aprons.”

Amidst the controversies GTBank finds itself in, rumours are now ongoing that customers of the bank have started withdrawing their funds from the bank. The controversies have been between the bank and Innoson Motors, a case that has gotten so much attention in the past few days and also the involvement of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Reports say singer Praiz has been arrested by SARS officials in Lagos.

The X3M Music signee was said to be en route the end of year party held by his record label when he was stopped by the police officials along Lekki-Epe expressway.
