epondudu: She wrote, “This information is false. I want to clarify that Copral Ugochukwu Nwaso, serving at Eziama Division, Abia State Police Command, is currently on duty at his division and has not resigned from the force. He is still very much in service and stationed at his Division.”
The sad part is that they are very quick to debunk any information against them as lies, see how the lady displays unprofessionalism by calling the information "false" at least she can use their normal tactics " I will get back to you as soon as I investigate".
In her defense, dropping your uniform and arm is not actually resignation. A superior officer might have talked to him. The signal sent didn't say the officer resigned officially.
Beautifulday: A lot of idiots have access to microphone in Nigeria. This writer has not been to a beach before.
There are more that 100 businesses that offer products and services in a moderate beach without any investment interest not to talk of 200 million dollars investment.
When a company of these size goes down, a lot of other smaller businesses that offers complimentary businesses and services go down.
The smaller businesses may have 5 to 10 employees but when you multiply it by the number of such businesses, you will understand the after effect of such businesses going down.
The reality is that if Landmark is encroaching on Government land, I don't see why there should be an uproar if the government takes it back.
My major concern is what happens to the older roads? IMO, FG should have done extensive rehabilitation to the existing roads, then let private companies handle the coastal road and recover their money through tolling
Valoromega: I've been married for 2 years now with a new born baby. the issue now is that anytime we have issues my wife always threatens to leave. she will arrange and bag and say she's leaving. this has happened more tha 4 times, basically anytime we have issues as a couple.
She will say she's still young and she can't take any nonsense in marriage, Mind u i have never hit her before so this isnt a case of domestic violence, just normal couples issue.
I'm tired of this and i'm thinking about my options right now, I want to tell her to leave but she should drop my child for me. she can't use our marriage as a threat everytime we have issues
she has a proposition outside or you were not the type of person she wanted to marry. And it is not a threat

ayoolataiwo: The school need to be ask questions,,how can someone who is a public servant paid such a huge amount of money and the management is aware of the kind of corrupted politicians around. The MF can't escape this.Using the state funds to secure the future of his children,,,ko le work
The school covered themselves well. They are not required by financial authorities to disclose huge deposits. However, they ensured all payments are made into traceable accounts. My only problem is the fact that their account is domiciled in the US and not Nigeria
santaclaws: Now imagine if citizens were armed... Terrorism would stop within a week.
Edit: those quoting me, saying it would lead to murder and mass shooting, most of you don't understand how gun licences work. If they can include background checks, psychological evaluation and tertiary education as criteria, it would definitely end up in the right hands.
I'd rather have my licenced Glock or Smith & Wesson pistol than to put my safety into the hands of the police or military.
lol....you said tertiary education. How has that solved cultism?
They inflict psychological and life time trauma on millions of people. And this is already evident when you see Nigerians call themselves Atikulated, BATists and Obidients
nonxo007: With all due respect that woman has no right to be there, this is an issue that is to be handled by the department of education in Abuja, not even a federal issue, but to chase clout and look like she is doing something she had to be involved. That aside, what happens to those who bullied Alex Iwobi during the AFCON ? Abi we don’t term that bullying ? The fact is the a large percentage of Nigerian are bully’s, even on this bloody platform we have a huge multitude of bullies or you think it’s when you beat a person that you are termed a bully ? Bullying is in our blood and we must first remove the log of wood in our eyes first before removing the spec in another persons eye.
The person being bullied is a woman, does that not count?
labake1: You will say that you are looking for a man that don't smoke, drink and womanized. I was told that it is hard to get all in one person. If he doesn't smoke, he will be a drunkard. If he doesn't drinks, he will be into hard drugs. If he doesn't drinks and smoke, he will be a womanizer. If he doesn't drinks, smoke and womanized, he will be into gambling.
Nazgul: I watched a Korean movie on Netflix (we're all dead) their high school kids were making drones. And to them it was nothing. Most of these phones and other gadgets we worship here, you'd be shocked that even their high school kids use them and they don't make noise about it.
Here in Nigeria all we do is to flunt what other hard working countries make. In fact you're classified as a big boy whenever you publicly flunt gadgets that even teenagers over there can easily afford.
Do you think if innoson had a car assemble plant in Korea, Korean owners of his cars would be squealing like coven witches for owning an African car?
A lot of Africans are still suffering from slave mentality. Regardless of how wealthy they are.
Not easily afford. Most Western countries live on credit. You will be hard pressed to find those who will pay cash for these devices. That being said Nigerians like to show off to either impress or oppress
Massiveglory: It is so shameful to see that in the midst of a collasped economy and very high cost of goods ,services and commodities, What tinubu and his team spend time on is to throw useless propangandas of praising and hailing failures and cluesss entities for 1 dollar to 1400. Buhari who we thought was the most clueless Nigeria ever had left at 700 to a dollar. It is about 1400 to a dollar and people who say they are humans donate themselves to be used to promote cluessness and failures.
Tinubu is a disaster.
It seems you did not understand anything the man said
salvationproject: I am a fresh graduate, left NYSC few months back and recently landed a graduate trainee job at one of our commercial banks here in Nigeria. But I have been afraid recently. This is because I will be under sales/marketing. And I have been hearing of all these 50m, 90m, etc. deposit targets. Training school will be commencing soon and a part of me is telling me not to report. Please, who have experience how these things work? Advise me please.
Go for it. It is way better than a lot of jobs. You also learn a lot and meet people
TopNotchTrends: While performing a stage, Omah Lay beckoned at a girl to join him on stage which she did and he rocked her to the displeasure of the girl's man.
This has led to a broken relationship as the guy left the event without his girlfriend.
you can vent your frustrations on the government without sounding irrational. What has muslim-muslim ticket got to do with anything? The states that have Christian-Christian, Muslim-muslim or a mix have they shown any improvement?
You think your politicians understand anything about religion.
Some of these activities just have misplaced priorities. The same division we accuse the politicians about is what they mostly try to do
Here is one of the reasons why it's difficult to develop as a people. We always look for ways not to hold ourselves/families/loved-ones/tribes-men/leaders (political & spiritual) accountable. You could do literarily anything and an African will come up with an excuse to explain away what you did but will never hold you accountable.
Have you wondered if so many people who perhaps also "had life happen to them" lost the courage to ask for the kind of help she's now soliciting for or even the number of people who choose not to help someone with a similar need based solely on the strength of her ill-advised post?
You see, it's OK to overlook people's misdemeanours but we need to ensure that these people fully understand the implications of their actions whenever they are caught or in this particular case, when they do the same things they castigated people for. If we don't, they won't learn and we will have a generation of insensitive and entitled individuals roaming our streets.
Her post from 2022 broke-shamed people for doing the same thing she just did, so if people build on it to drag her, then, she had it coming.
There is a big difference between the situation she was referring to and her current situation.
realG101: Believe it or not, Ronaldo and Messi are two of the greatest players to ever play the game.
Though, I will not deny the fact that the emergence of social media is greatly responsible for showcasing their Era and time on pitch to be better than the likes of Pele and Maradona to name a few. Fandom and viewer participation which saw great advancements due to the social media revolution also contributed to the success of this duo above all other iconic footballers dead or living.
The rivalry between Messi and Ronaldo has spiced up the world of football in a way that the game has never seen and it will be practically impossible to replicate the Era of this duo anytime soon. (Maybe 1000 years from now).
Anytime I remember that their retirement is around the corner, my heart skips and I know that football for me will never remain the same.
Look at what has become of the once highly competitive la liga. It's now a shadow of itself since the exit of the two greats.
The highly sought after El clasico no longer brings the joy and tension it once did.
Though, we will be counting on the likes of mbappe, Haaland or garnacho to keep the tempo up but Ronaldo and messi will surely leave a gap too wide for anyone to fill.
As we know, all good things come to an end, but I believe we will always have the age long goat debate that will live on even when the two greats hang their boots.
Whether you you are team Messi or a Ronaldo fan boy like myself, everybody who is privileged to witnesses their Era in football will forever cherish their memories. Both of them.
I just personally dread the idea that the moment any of them announces retirement, the rest will be history and I will never see them live on the pitch again.
Are you prepared to miss Messi and Ronaldo on the pitch?
Why did you put Garnacho there? Messi has completed football. He has effectively retired since the world cup. For the other one, nothing will change when he retires. He only got viewing time because he played in the same space as Messi
prophetic69: From this report schools in Cotonou is not the main problem here but our system.... imagine registering for NYSC multiple times.. kai and I dey unemployed since I finished my service, by now I for dey serve for the 5th time now dey collect allawi hold body....now the update don caste
Immigration and ministry of education should first be investigated and the NYSC scheme itself.
TT20: Chiefs , please can I have some reviews of the n55 engine. Bmw X6 (2012) with the n55 engine, to be precised.
Great engine, I haven't had any engine problems since I got my car 5 years ago. Regular servicing with recommended oil should help maintain your engine. O2 sensors might be a problem at some point. The coolant reservoir got cracked (a common fault) but it's a diy job.
Chicagograduate: You see the tricks those fuel attendants uses when you are not at alert in the queue. They will sell fuel to the customer queueing before you at 2k or 5k.They will ask you how much fuel do you want to buy. When you say 10k,they will insert the fuel pump into your car fuel tank and continue from where the they sold to the previous customer. I have caught them twice when I went to purchase fuel in my 25litres gallon. He had to turn the fuel back into the reservoir and start afresh. Even their managers or supervisors are aware of their fraud. They have a cut in the illegal deals.
That's what I'm equally saying. From Cool and safe job to a risky one though the pay is higher. It's also the way the op put it that spells comparison and make it look like one is more classy than the other. The same person will not do this kind of job here because of this mentally but is gladly doing it over there
I think the major problem is handwork here is not as rewarding as it is over there. If sh*t packing paid more than banking, a lot of bankers will go there
