Properties / I Need A 3-4 Bedroom Flat To Buy @ Ikorodu by waters2012: 1:20pm On Dec 23, 2013
Dear Agents,

I need a 3 or 4 bedroom flat to buy at ikorodu-preferably itamaga area. Im okay if the building is 80% completed. But should have been roofed, windows and doors. No plumbing, tiling or electrical works required. Building is needed for possible use as a school. should be located in a populated area. I'll be following up on this thread. smiley

Thanks

Idriswhite: People go to university to study a course in hope of future amelioration. However, most of the many courses that used to be hot cake in time past are whitewashed with the influx of many people who just learn the course outside university in a matter of months.Going to university to study the following courses many deem to be a waste of time. The courses are:
Computer Science-countless number of people are in the known in this field.
Theatre Arts/Music- Theatre arts is a free entry and exit field. Most people in the industry have no degree in the field.
Animal Science-The course isn't marketable in a country like ours where people give no value to the life of animals.
Philosophy-This course is more valuable in the olden days where people appreciate the thinkers not in our present time. The situation of the country makes everybody a thinker to survive in this country.
Political Science:Spending years studying this course is a waste of time and resources.People are procedure conscious when it c

omes to politics.how many political scientists are in position of power to regulate the politics of our country.

Which course do you also think is a waste of time that you can not study as well as your family?

greatgod2012: Of course, its good to be there, afterall, both of u are responsible for d pregnancy, so, being there means u are really concerned about their welfare, i mean,of d mother and d baby. But, truth be told, that is when u patronise d private hospital, except its C.S, that they dont allow d hubby at all, because of d psychological trauma d man may pass thru during d operation. In govt(public) hospital, they dont usually allow men there, because of one or more of d following reasons :
1. D nurses/midwives dont seems to be tolerant at all, except, very few of them.
2. In most instances, there may likely be more than one woman in d labour room, so, men will not be allowed because in there, the women are usually unclad.

Unclad? Why?

NYSC / Robbery At FCT NYSC Camp: We're To Discipline Not Protect Corpers; Soldiers by waters2012: 8:24am On Nov 23, 2012
There has been robbery cases going on in the FCT Camp at Kubwa.

Yesterday Armed robbers invaded the camp and robbed one of the female hostel, specifically Block CC. They took their time to rob everyone in the hostel. the ladies there shouted for help but due to the fact the hostels are far from each other, no help came their way.

When we reported the issue to the Soldiers this morning, they told us plainly that their duty is to discipline us and not to protect us.

They took away fones and cash though we are yet to be paid our allowee. We hear they will stil come when we are paid.

Please someone should help us take this to the authorities to avert more of this occurences. The calm with which they operated make us fear that they might even molest female corp members. Please some should help escalate this issue.

Thanks cry cry embarassed

Do u love ur uncle more than dis woman? Do u know she can kill him? I figure he's well to do and she can't leave him cos of his wealth despite not having children for dis man. In the even that she poisons u to silence forever, would u be acclaimed to be a wise man? If she arranges for him to be killed one day so as to inherit his wealth, would u beat ur chest that u're wise? Oga, tell ur uncle what u saw, its his business to believe u or not, but that way, u'll have cleared ur conscience. Then pack of d house to register ur displeasure with her. Imagine if u were d one and ur bros who knew of ur wife's sexcapades didn't tell u. A word is a enough for d wise. Alekwu issue.

Politics / Re: 5000 Naira Notes: The Solution To Our Problems? by waters2012: 6:46am On Aug 25, 2012
It is needful that we understand d philosophy behind the redonomination policy and the mitigants in place against the obvious risk of an eventual fall in aggregate output that will be ushered in by rising interest rate in the money market.

This rise in interest will be caused by rising demand for investible funds as short run revenues n profit rise. Without a rise in aggregate money supply to meet this demand, obviously interest rate will go up, and a cost push inflation will result, this will lead to a declining aggregate investment and ultimately national output.

Now how does this affect the price of garri? Coining N100 notes will lead to their eventual extinction-historical evidence supports this. Also, rising cost of imported factor input will be pushed on to the consumer. This causes a tilt in the aggregate expenditure curve to the left as real income reduces.

My take on this is: the current inflation rate does not warrant currency redenomination. The inflation figures are compatible with those of a growing economy @ national income disequilibrium. Do we say each time prices soar, we'll resort to redenomination? Has the cbn exhausted all avenues to restore the store of value fnx of money?

Fisher's MV= PT suggest that rising Money supply will equl rising price given constant V and T. We wonder how dis policy can pull down inflation. What is needed is structural adjustment in the economy such that the market will supply what is demanded in it.Core inflation is fought best by boosting agric output and improving our storage capabilities. Non core inflation can be fought by a combination of macroeconomic tools available @ d corridors of the cbn. Improving domestic manufacturing capacity and increasing the value chain in the process is critical to fighting imported inflation more so as d crises in europe worsens. Behavioural changes is also required on the part of the citizenry to change its consumption pattern.

Apparently, this boys didn't go out simply cos they needed 48mil. It is doubtful that the payment of dis sum IRO of their fallen "innocent" members will ingratiate their agitation. It is also delusional for the FG to tink that BH will concede to the trial of "guilty members". Someone isn't saying the truth. Dis boys are not dat foolish.

I don't think we are witnessing the Milankovitch cycles yet(Eccentricity and Obliquity of the earth) which takes c.a 100ka and 41ka respectively. this is ofcourse based on Paleomagnetics study and varves dating in some of the world's Quaternary Lacustrine sediments

For Pregnant mothers in the final days of their Pregnancies to be in church instead of the Hospital is outrightly ridiculous!! What if any of the mothers of these babies had encountered a complicated birth and needed cesarean Section to give birth?! Or a vaccum to evacuate the baby!!

Nna foolishness that you find in religion is super amazing!!

Im sure that if there are any death cases as a result of this, it will never be announced..

May God deliver us from stupidity!

So you know there is God and that God can deliver. Have you ever bothered to reflect on the person of this God? He will deliver you as you rightly prayed. He loves you too. cheesy

It will be in your best interest to avoid making a mockery of those things which you know not.God is too highly esteemed to condescend to your estate.
