Please develop yourself. Learn how to play with both feet. Learn how to read the game and position yourself in football. Stock and bulk up to have enough stamina and body weight (Not fat please). Learn to score free-kicks and penalties even if you are a defender. Learn to have end results no matter how skillful you are. End results are far more important than skills. David Luis did not become the most expensive defender because he is the best defensive defender. He became the most expensive defender because he is a goal scoring defender. That is the difference.

UPLOAD YOUR VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM
Document your games. Have a friend or a relative to record your games even if they are amateur games. Don’t be far from the industry. Be as close as possible. Attend live matches and try to get as close to the officials as possible. Volunteer in some footy events and try to get close to players, former internationals, agents, scouts, football journalists even match officials. Be humble when you go close to them because some of them may put a show of ego. Stay humble and respectful but know what you want when or if you are asked.

NOTE: You are needed if you are good enough. These guys knows and recognize a talent or material when they spot one. Move from family and community praises to where you will be criticized to improve. Work hard. Work very hard, pray, read books and learn to speak and address other as politely as you can, dress neatly even when going to play and strategize. You will make it.

Now that Cech is no longer coming to United. They need to keep David De Gea by all means. If they fail to do so? 2 BUY A CENTRAL DEFENDER OR TWO
Can Jones or Smalling play for Chelsea or even be on their bench? We dont think so! But defenders like Otamendi will probably walk right into Chelsea line up. Benching Gary Cahil in the process. United need to sign such players. If you disagree as a United fan, try this: Imagine Jones and Smalling against Aguerro or Costa. You can now open your eyes.

3 STICK TO A FORMATION THAT WORKS AND PLAY PLAYERS IN THEIR BEST POSITIONS
Van Gaal need to stop changing formations like…well, never mind. Stick to a formation that works. United started their EPL campaign with a 3-5-2 formation. then to a 3-4-3, and then to a 4-3-3. When that formation was producing results, he changed it to a 4-1-4-1. Playing Fellani as his main striker. Common, this is too much for United fans.

We understand why Rooney played in defensive midfield last season. We know it has something to do with Carrick’s injury. But we don’t understand why Fellani played some important matches as United number 9. We expected this over sabiness to be over since they have gone to the market, but Van Gaal shocked the world when Memhis floated around the midfield in United game against Spurs.

4 STOP GOING AFTER THE BALES. THE RAMOS AND THE RONALDOS OF THIS WORLD!

We expected Van Gaal to know that Ramos was using United as a shiny bait to get a better deal from Madrid. He shouldnt have been so interested to the point of loosing interest in players like Otamendi. We can say the same thing about Ronaldo and Bale. Both players aren’t coming. Don’t make your players look like an after thought and not the main deal!

5 STOP DISRESPECTING YOUR PLAYERS
VAN GAAL: “Young and Mata are good players. But they are not Hazard or Neymar”. Van Gaal will not get Hazard to play for United. So whats the point insulting your players and praising him? Even Mourinho worked hard to twist and turn the truth to suggest that Hazard is better than Ronaldo. Someone need to remind him that Hazard was at Chelsea when Chelsea fans and players voted Mata as the Chelsea footballer of the year the season before he left Chelsea for United. Mata is not a bad player.
