Some of the things we refer to as "spiritual attacks" aren't always true. For instance sleeping paralysis or withdrawal syndrome, these usually come when our body is recovering from serious stress ( be it emotional, from the office etc). In the case of withdrawal syndrome if you just quit smoking or drinking it happens a lot. It's kind of like sleeping paralysis; you appear to be awake but you can't move your muscles and it seems something is holding you down. You panic! In such cases, if it happens to you, try and stay calm. Even recite The Lords prayer if you wish.
As regards eating in your dreams, it shows your body needs discipline. You can't disciplne the mind if the body isn't disciplined. Choose a healthier life style & pray more frequently. Not just long periods of prayers and repition. A simple prayer like "Thank you Jesus" does wonders.
Lastly, remember most dreams are a repititon of what you've seen or what you always think of/fantasize. Try to think of +ve things before you go to bed if you can help it.

Usually they start from 70k and above (depends on the bank)

I really don't get what this post is all about OP. You're talking about Road Nuisance, have you happened to see those men carry out rescue operations on accident/crash scenes? Has any of your loved one been involved in a crash and they happened to rescue him/her to the nearest road side clinic or hospital? Many of my people have. I do not agree with you. You are on your own!
You're not one of them, and you don't know if there are reasons for such actions.
A friend told me an experience he had. He was being flagged down by FRSC officials, he stubbornly beat their patrol point calling them nuisance as you just did. Little did he know they wanted to warn him of an on-going robbery ahead. He learnt his lesson, to cut the long gist short. Next time you see uniform men on the road, respect them, a lot of them give their lives for your comfort. Besides, if that had been a military check point, you would have kissed that pretty android phone of yours goodbye. They'll smash it on the ground and step on it!
