I understand your points but you are getting it all wrong. The idea of eye retina and Finger print are parts is Forensic science. These ideas or usage of the retina and finger print isn't 99.99% accurate. If it's not perfect, you cant use that as idea to substantiate the existence of a superior being or human maker.

You see all those biometrics, they are still harvesting finger prints though several ways. Even your phone finger print scanner and several other ways and collating them (CLOUD).

Without the doubt, there is a maker but it's not as if the human flesh is designed for you to stay forever. It's designed so you can come, experience life and leave.
