By the way, I never said that Yar'adua depleted the Treasury but that he almost depleted the Foreign Reserves(I hope you know there is a difference between them). Amazing that you are arguing this: Obasanjo left about $62billion when he left the presidency in 2007 while as at December 2010 the reserve had decreased to about $32billion. I gave the main reason for this as the pressure the state governors placed on him(Yar'adua) to share the monies to other tiers(actually some other persons also criticized Obasanjo's savings insisting that the nation should not be saving when there was infrastructural deficiencies).
