Hello docs, I heard that most students especially the brilliant students usually fail first incourse or get really low scores. What would students like us that weren't dons in chemistry or prodigies in physics now do.. ejoor it's scary oh. |

Hello medics, I'm about resuming 200l in unilag, mbbs in precise but I'll like to use a combination of two physiology textbooks. So I'll like to ask what combo(2) would be best in Guyton and hall, ganong and sebulingam. Thanks |

Guys I need advice on what to do..... I wrote this present jamb(on the 27th)...jamb sent me a score of 156(which I solely disbelief as being my score)..... I don't know what to do next, I have never been so confident about an exam, I made sure I answered my questions correctly, the questions were mainly from past question, I am really surprised, I swear, am 18 going to 19...this is my second time if writing jamb, last year my score was more than 200 and I prepared for this year's jamb than last year...... Am really confused, please what do you advice I do...... |

durels101:don't give up bro.. just keep your finger crossed and hope they confirm its not your score. Meanwhile you can run a diploma program which can give you direct entry. Your sure of your result in these programs than jamb. Keep reading, you have a bright future ahead. Also check their site to confirm your score. |

Guys I'm almost dead.......I'm so perplexed that I all I can think of is dying. I'm an aspiring medic and I participated in the UTME exam conducted on the 29th of February. To cut the long intro short, I received a text message from JAMB claiming that my UTME score is 240(which I totally disagree ). They claim my composite scores are: English -47 Biology-43 ( how on earth is this score feasible) chemistry-96(was expecting 98 tho) physics -54 (funny enough I have an upper hand in physics on a normal day so I aimed for 98-100) Once again guys I need your advice, do I contact JAMB possibly for a review of my scores or just die in pains. I dedicated months towards studying every minute detail in my physics and chem textbook and this (240) is my reward SMH........BTW this is my second time of writing JAMB and I know by God's grace and my preparation I can NEVER get a score below 280, so where on earth did 240 come from |

This 'unexpected scores' of a thing happened last year I think... I remember a friend of mine was texted that he got 196 but when he later checked it from their website he got 232! Maybe history is repeating itself ion know, but keep calm and check online first... before freaking out or not freaking out. |

Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Millex(m): 8:52pm On Mar 01, 2016 |
Razaqabiodun1583:If I were you, I wouldn't choose unilag, you have to know someone or have strong assurances from God, plus the only admit only 7-10 or less for DE. Don't even bother picking lasu or any other university as second choise for medicine you would just hope for nothing, been there done that. My advice pick a school where you would have to write exam like Unilorin, Unizik nd the likes, if you are choosing Lasu you might as well choose em 1st nd second, cus no uni will look at second choice.
