We can, but first, answer these questions
1) Can you pay high school fees?
2) Do you have specific regions in mind?
3) Can you ace post DE entrance exams well?

It's very competitive at UNN. Just score up to 340 in the screening exam.

UNN mostly makes use of the screening exam to give a candidate a DE admission. If a 2.2 graduate's score in the screening is higher than that of a 2.1 graduate, the 2.2 graduate will be offered admission first. So, endeavour to score a very high score like 340 in the screening.

Unilag is a very competitive skul for MBBS and I mean the most competitive. More of their percentage of MBBS students are those that do diploma/Jupeb and a little percent by merit. For you to actually get a good admission. The steps are as follows:
Remember anything less than 320 will do you no good
A1=4 marks
B2= 3.6 marks
B3=3.2 marks
C4= I think between 3 marks and 2.8 marks
C5=2.4 marks
C6=2.0 marks

Let's say you have like 330 in your jamb, You will divide it by 8 e. g. 330/8=41.25.
Let's us say you had like 3B3's and two C5's that will be 3.2+3.2+3.2+2.4+2.4=14.4
Then in your post Utme which is to be divided by 2. Maybe out of the all you got like 25percent out of the 30percent. It means you will sum it with the o level and jamb
41.25+14.4+25=80.65 aggregate.
This won't be enough because as at last year it was over 81.25 so ur best is having a good WAEC score and a high jamb. All the best man. I am also an aspirant of medicine but I am switching to med lab which also is not that secured also which is 71.4 aggregate. Recall it will go higher or remain same but Neva lower.
