How on earth will dey pay 500k-700k to som1 transporting goods worth just 1 million plus?

If some multinationals can pay according to international standard,I see no reason why dangote should pay less.
I read a comment where the trucker said he abandon trucking profession the day he finished his degree and this is dangote entry level#smh

What I know is dat Dangote value his investment. Training a novice for driving may b wastful for him. I still doubt if dis is actually driving or may be managing d truck for him lets watch and see.

yeah its true but those without experience it take them about 5-6 weeks to learn,that is what I saw on google!

I have somebody with ssce working as a driver in dangote,,,the guy said his basic salary is 120k.
