From the price of N3.51, insiders probably brought price to N3.00 in order to buy ! The dividend may not be less than 50 Kobo!

The much talked about OPEC meeting to discuss output freeze is later this month (isn't it?) coupled with the slightly positive news from OER.

Sir, i really commend your fighting spirit but in all, be careful of expectations concerning FBNH result. It might not add up the way you envisage. Best of luck sir

Hello house,
Must one apply to E-Dividend with each registrar of different companies the person has in his/her portfolio Or when once your current account is linked to your clearing house number with one registrar it covers all the registrars ?
NB: i am using the same clearing house number for all my shares.
Please i need clarification.

I think mr market mistook 'profit warning' for 'loss notice', if there is anything like that, and,
after seeing fcmb result, is rectifying the overreaction on fbnh.
One should watch out for the other profit warners too.

Which kain case UACN get, that made the company to spend N151 million on legal exoenses.

IT expenses went up from N210 million in 2014 to N272 million in 2015.

N1.27 billion was used for vehicle maintence and fuel in 2015, this figure may go up by 40% in 2016.

N922 million was spent on electricity and power in 2014, but went down to N876 million in 2015. I observed that the ac in my favourite Mr Biggs is not usually on whenever they are on generator, and in most cases they have a timetable for when the generator can be used.

The marketing and advert expense of N1.18 billion ought to have a positive impact on the revenue and bottomline.

Distribution expense went up from N620 million in 2014 to N667 million in 2015.

"NOTIFICATION ON THE RELEASE OF OANDO PLC’s 2015 AUDITED FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS
The Management of Oando PLC would like to advise our valued shareholders, key stakeholders,
and wider investor community that from available indications we are unlikely to complete our
2015 audit and issue our audited accounts on 31 March, 2016, as required by The NSE Rules
(the Rules).
We have worked diligently with our external auditor, Ernst & Young (“EY”) to ensure a swift
conclusion to the audit process. However, after reviewing the financials, EY indicated that the
Accounts may likely need to be referred to the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (“FRC”)
pursuant to Rule 5 of the recently publicised FRC Rules. We expect the process to be concluded
on or before 31 May, 2016, however this is dependent on the completion of the external review
process as referred to above.
The company’s management would also like to bring to the attention of its shareholders and
the investor community that the accounts of the company at FYE 2015 will be in line with its Q3
2015 performance. The expected decline is attributable to the industry’s downturn, prevalent
economic headwinds, as well as fiscal and monetary restrictions driven by a challenging
macro environment.

While we are actively restructuring the business to adapt to this difficult period, we are optimistic
and steadfast in our commitment to return to profitability in 2016.
