Now I understand why some folks tagged you a monkey hunter. Few weeks back, you were here shouting that Total will not sustain its uptrend in the short to medium term. Today, you're claiming Total is game. Nna, be careful what you post and be a man of integrity you hear.

I don't think he did anything wrong this time. He said "Total is a game" not "Total is game"

Transcorp Hotels(TRANSCOHOT as listed on NSE) is different from Transcorp's other businesses in the conglomerate. The hotel biz is listed separately and they shud be d ones building new hotels.

. Oando is a huge joke. Upon the dismal performance of the company the directors still have the confidence to spend over N1billion on themselves and Wale went home with N127 million salary excluding certain benefits and privileges.

I'm watching it too but I fear the bottom is still far out. My analyst quoted a price of around 11 naira - but then analysts can be wrong.

Well exchange rate is affecting almost all companies on the floor.

But the good news is that PZ is not declaring loss.

Dear All,

Thank you for the great work of sharing profitable information on this forum. Please I need answers to the following in simple terms;

1. How exactly are share prices determined on the floor of the exchanged; opening prices and closing prices?

2. Is it an automated process?

3. What is the relevance of No of bids, quantity of bids, No of offers and quantity of offers?

Thank you.

..that's why am saying,. Let the hotel arm report it's own business and not transcorp PLC.
It shows that transcorp no get serious work at hand. So people , don't expect anything from this company in the short time.

My little contribution

NSE system is fully automated and every trade can be monitored online.

Average price determine the price on the floor during trading.

Bid = buyers
Offer = Sellers

The increase in the number of bids of a stock, will bring price appreciation to that stock, while increase in the number of offers, will bring the price down.

1 Oando, seplat, yes. Higher prices will help oando pay up its debts sooner, won't it?

2 The destinies of many banks have become linked with the fortunes of oil companies by reason of huge loans going bad.
So each time oil rises, hope rises with it that the loans could be redeemed, making investors less nervous about entering the banks.

3 Ngeria, for now, is rich or poor according to the circumstances of mr brent, unfortunately.

$50.82 at the end of this post !
