Thanks for this information,i will follow up tomorrow.
dinyelutochukwu:

Let me share my experience.
Not all registrars require you to send a share transfer form.
First registrars and CardinalStone agreed to process my dividends without requiring my brokers to process a share transfer form for my FBN and WAPCO respectively. Only a signed copy of my E-mandate form was to be sent via email.
However, United securities requested that my broker process my share transfer form with CSCS in order for me to get my Dang Cem shares.
So, I’d advice that you contact the registrars for each of the stocks you’re expecting dividends to know what’s required of you.
NB: Many brokers have challenges processing shares transfer forms (signature specimen) during this lockdown period because they’re still working remotely, we hope things will continue to improve as measures are relaxed.

For those ovulating on the MARKET UPWARD TREND bear in mind last March USD sold for N365.00k while now it selling for N462.00k

That's 25% increase on USD and one will need 33.3% to BREAK EVEN on the recent NAIRA DEVALUATION.

Inessence if you have n'ot made atleast 40% profit on your PORTFOLIO to BREAKEVEN on the NAIRA DEVALUATION and you are jumping up then know that you are iya Basira grin

EXCEPT you brought in your FUND at the rate of N462.00k per USD

BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE!

Equally note that you have qualified for dividend.

One last example br i jaa

UBA
- very neat structure , similar to FBN (been a buyer of both mainly ff by Zen and all)
- note
- strong engulfing candles signalled d shift , made a higher low , 7 days bullish move (sweeet)
- then consolidation until dis recent fresh brk again
- very decent , ff price not noise

have a nice day fam, Friday profit taking is allowed but structure is still positive , no fear

update

- most prices generally hitting a monthly daily high (positve)
- all setting up for a very bullish monthly candle abv prev months (positive)
- dont get left behind in disbelief

Chairman. You no just like our happiness.

The info is for NEWBIES to hold tight so they don't EJACULATE QUICKLY because MOST EQUITIES will REPRICE with circa 50% profits due to NAIRA DEVALUATION.

WE have been THERE before.
We are about to witness a REPLICA of what HAPPENED in MAY/JUNE 2016.

MrDiligence:

There are 2 price conditions for selling and buying. These are MARKET and LIMIT

If you give MARKET price condition, the broker will execute your order within 10% range on either side of the ruling market price of the stock on that date.

If you give LIMIT price condition, in case of selling, the broker will not sell below the specific price you give but he can sell higher. In case of buying, he will not buy for you higher than your given price but he may buy lower.

In your case, your instruction is confusing. You apparently had LIMIT price of N150 in mind but you gave MARKET price instruction. Even without a mark down, he would be justified to sell between N135 and N165 i.e. -10% to +10% of the market price of 150.
With markdown, it could have been N121.50 to N148.5!!!

Wapco
- highest daily vol MTD wt price making highest monthly daily closing (+ve move)
- price also opening abv prev week confirms positive moment (ref to as brk out)
- if we close abv dis level into next week , still not bad trend development
