Read the report again...

Diageo is a shareholder of Guinness Nigeria... Guinness Nigeria is not a shareholder of Diageo...

In the report, Diageo will be rewarding its shareholders and Guinness Nigeria is not one of their shareholders unfortunately...

They say you don't know what you have until it's gone. Honestly, I don't blame them for activating the ghost mode.

Where are the monikers constantly bashing two of the contributors you listed above? When they were making valuable inputs, all they were getting in return were misinterpretations and insults despite providing comprehensive stock analysis for free.

We need to understand that no one is perfect in their doings and learn to be more tolerant when dealing with people.

Talking about rumour!
Zenith bank is usually not associated with acquisitions but with ongoing Access bank expansion mission, Jim Ovia may want to take one for his bank especially one that may have an Intrinsic value like Union Bank.

https://nairametrics.com/2021/05/06/zenith-access-others-move-to-acquire-union-bank-other-african-assets-of-atlas-mara/

And also for the CEO of Union Bank to increase his stake in Union Bank just days before the News hit the headline proper MAY point to insider information that could suggest that the favored bank would give Union Bank Shareholders a BETTER deal and between the two banks that is rumoured to be interested, Zenith could do that.
This is my humble opinion.
