So we should not discuss a stock because someone decides to buy/not to buy it, based on what I say. You guys always amuse me.

I know Oando faithfuls who attack people who are discussing other things apart from Oando.

DMO just issue general notice not individual or to retail investors. It's Morgan that should have informed you but they don't normally notify investors until you contact them. So do well to enquire from them tomorrow.

That said, as a retail investor, I believe subscription was successful if not your money would have been returned to your account.

I just wonder on what basis people are putting their money on such stock other than gambling. I just pity the shell holders.

It might not necessarily be his fault. Courts usually start sitting by 9am. And where a case would not be heard or for any reason there would be need for an adjournment, or where one of the parties has an SAN as Attorney, they might conclude even before 9:30am.
Its 7: 40pm and there is no doubt the case has concluded for the day, yet we do not know the outcome of today's sitting.

Oando should have sent out some info. since the press are not interested in following up and updating the public.

This must be ignorance.
Do you know what it means to invest 15m and make 45m in a couple of weeks?
That's must be the secret behind such stocks

The question is. when you sold off, those who used 15m to buy from your 45m naira shares, will they be able to later make 45m from same stock, or will they get their fingers burnt by buying the shells from you?

If those buying GT bank at #38 stand to make something in future, those buying Japaul at 1.60 will also make profit too.

Folks never cease to amaze me.
They fret when they ought to be bold
They fall prey to the manipulation of those who want them to sell to enable them buy

Before them is a company at 11 - 12 heading to 100+ yet they allow themselves to be blinded by infantile emotions. Just wait, soon they will start running helter skater looking to buy but will not see it!

Enough said.

Comparing a stock with great fundamentals, paying fantastic dividend every year to dead stocks. Once again, I pity the shell holders.

The guy seems to know about court processes like "Mpiss" said grin .....seems he's a lawyer or have Court insider info too.

But come to think of it, from TheCables report, this Court Case seems to be between OANDO and the 14 minority shareholders -the petitioner, and not probably with all minority shareholders..... based on the writeup

We needs to get clear information on this case to know Oando's stand actually.
