@suxex Look Bro! Have it in the back of your mind that they are no cheap schools in canada. I just got an offer from centennial college 4 pGD and its 16k dolls just 4 tuition .so u can imagine what a university will cost.
My advise, If u dnt hav enuf money, stay here becoz the cheaper d skool the slimmer yr chances of gettin a visa.
Im outa here

Thanks Fidelo wink

LASTLY, to apply for a Canadian visa is a ful time job, so brace urself and GUD LUCK
this is a very important message people over look, they think applying for a student visa or even visitors visa is something
they can do within a short time not minding school time table and time to get accommodation etc etc
the more time you have to prepare the better!
Re: Travelling To Canada by suxes2005(m): 11:21am On Sep 20, 2009
@ Fidelo: I think the best it to have it in mind that you`ll succeed. I`ve seen people succeed with little document but that is grace sha.

If you are having doubts with your application, go thru Maple. It's an agency with some affiliation with the CDHC.

Its been a while i came on here:
But with good observations, i would like to support with what i know;
@delta007: u be bros. u support ur replies with facts and proofs, e.g links to the page, yes its #16000 bank draft.
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/nigeria/assets/pdfs/fee_photo_Sept-2009.pdf

For those asking if police cert is important, read this;

Police Certificates/Certificate of Good Conduct:
Criminal Record
If you have not already done so when submitting your application, a visa officer may request a police certificate to help verify your admissibility to Canada. Persons who have committed or been convicted of a crime or offence may be prohibited from entering Canada. Police agencies may do a criminal or security background check. These checks may be done for anyone 18 years of age and over applying for a Study Permit.

attached below are some pdf files carrying all list of what is needed alongside forms,

@some1: family composition filled form is required if not u will be sent a deficiency letter.

If i am not passing the right info, pls anyone can correct me. But as far as i know, I am 95% correct.

@Fidelo; What took you so long to put that list on here, but thanks anyway,

See ya all,

hello someone was asking about maple consults
i was told about it too, so i when to check it out, they seem ok, but they r kinda of expensive, i was told that i have to pay 40,000 for start which includes helping get an admission letter, then another 120,000 for other processes,
for me i wasnt sure so have not followed up. as per it is expensive.
they r in sura shopping complex, opposite sura market, cant remember the number of the shop but if u go in the complex u cant ask anyone.
still searching for other aency that are affliated to CDHC.
anyone knows any agent.

Don't pay any damn to any agent.

You can apply for admission yourself, it's a very simple stuff to do. Just take your time to do the research
