Muyesky, well done! I just stumbled on your thread and I must say that I'm very impressed about your meticulous answers
to all the questions thrown to you. I hold you in a very high esteem for your co-operative attitude towards the people that asked you very probing questions most especially Hajj Mufutau. I'm beginning to like Hajj Mufutau since I came on stream of the property section of Nairaland because on every thread he's involved, he asks all the questions I would have asked myself. We in diaspora tremendously appreciate people like Muyesky with his attitude of answering every questions asked to the satisfaction of the enquirer. My prayer is that God in His infinite mercies will continue to bless you abundantly to finish your house according to your heart's desire. I did observe that you never forget to answer all the questions you were asked on this thread. You are blessed.

Thank you sir, the cost and the break down will definitely come. Am just trying to see how much will eventually go into these things before giving the break down. I hate to eat my own word cos of silly mistakes as pertain prices. i must confess, i really did miss your very reasonably probing questions grin

And I am glad to be here on Nairaland learning from all the pros and people like Muyesky, and those who have went thru the same path like us. Special thanks to Muyesky for his honest answers.. even many answers and help we exchanged thru personal emails between us.

wow! how come I neva see this thread before now? Anyways, thank God now am in. I av a similar project @hand now, and to the fact that am not working in thesame state whr the project is sited is one thing as I can't just monitor it so closely like you are doing. Somtimes I just feels lik questioning sometinz, but then, any attempt to do so might seems lik am doubting the integrity of the person monitoring the project on my behalf. One thing am just happy with, is that the project is progressing. There are few things I might av love to do differently if am there but, that not wit standing, many thanks to the man and all GLORY TO GOD.

Seriously, I must commend, you are doing a great job here.

I'll be back soon as I really need your opinion on some things on my project. Duty calls...
