To estimate your project:

1. Get an engineer/builder to measure the area (interior and/or exterior) of your building, including walls and ceiling. You can get a tape rule and do it your self: Length multiplied by breadth, both measurements in metres.

2. Multiply the area by N2000 as we charge N2000 per metre square. Foe example, the two-storey building at Ajah has an external area of 680 square metres, bringing the project cost to N1.36m

3. You will have to pay a token for logistics if you are outside Lagos and Ogun States.

We charge N2000 per metre square, negotiable though as you are doing interior and exterior. Where is your site as that determines the cost of our logistics? Remember that the quoted cost covers product, application, logistics and all. Have you watched the video?

My walls are not perfectly straight, I was hoping to use plaster mortal to correct the errors. My site is Arepo (before Mountain of Fire) along Lagos/Ibadan Express. Is the rate still 2000/sqm whether the wall will require little or much mortal?
