Okponee:

Yet, this may not be the best solution, as an innocent fellow may be wrongly accused sometimes and handed over for 'public
roasting'. If the report is true, I thank God for the Army men that achieved the great feat. Thorough Investigations must be done and the perpetrators brought to book accordingly, to serve as a deterrent.

The police should also do internal overhauling, to rid the force of some of the various officers, who serve as a menace to the society.

The entire police formation will have to be reformed for such normal processes to work in nigeria. Before then, roasting serves as a great deterrent. It is working in Saudi Arabia with beheadings and amputations. If a crowd of witness cannot tell innocent from guilty, what chance does a corrupt judge or police in doing so?[/size]

talksankey: Now the police will claim these guys are fake police men. Mechewwww

Police don corner me like that for night twice, the first time, they stole my phone, second time, i escaped from them. Both happened on thesame spot.

I wonder how Nigerian police authorites would employ people into the force without checking their background history.

90% of the nation's problem is the Nigeria police officers. They are official armed robbers while their non commissioned civilian armed robbers are been tagged by the Nigerian police as hoodlums.
All highway robberies were been organised by these corrupt police officers in uniform. You will see a corpora in police using a car worth 2 million.Too bad.
