why I switch off my phone while trying to reach
me when in fact my phone is on and okay. I've
changed my phone thrice to make my line
accessible but i still received the same
complains after some managed to get to me
after trying unrelentingly. should I request for a
sim swap or what.

For so long we have sat in

I apologize abt this.Ur recharge is split into two,main and bonus.u can actually use d main for data subscriptions transactions but ur bonus is strictly for call to on-net numbers.u may nt b able to reverse d recharge,transfer it nor push it to ur main acc.but its available till Sunday @ 11:59pm.

When you said I could also use it for data plans, can I add it to my main balance because I loaded half using *555*pin# and the other half using the WoW promo? I need to subscribe to the mtn fastlink 1-month bundle..
Please I really need help here because I still haven't used the Wow promo(both the main and promo balance)and it ends by Sunday..

MTN gave me N200 bonus ystd, N100 each on the 2 lines I laid a complaint here some few days ago about. Thanks for resolving my case and refunding my money though I could only use to call MTN lines but 'twas better than none.

hello plz i need ur help my gprs is active 24h and my credit are been deducted i have try every thing including dataoff to 131 still nothing work i have disconected any active internet app still it didn,t work this problem started about a week now if i load money on my phone it keep deducting till it finish plz help me am using nokia asha 302 my phone num 08035340695

then please what is the fair usage policy cause i did a month's bb sub on my phone and i do download sometimes but after 2 weeks when it was no longer browsing, i sent status to 21600 and i was told my bb plan no longer exists!!

THIS IS UNBEARABLE!!!

I got the 4-in-1 sim today..

..as instructed, I inserted one of the sim cards (sim 1) in my phone, thinking I would get my generated number instantly as promised.. but all my waiting yielded NOTHING. Its over 2 hours now.

I used the code (*663#) but I keep getting the same response - "not available"

I called customer care (180) & I was given another code (*123*1*5#), na dis code even worse pass, cos it was obvious the representative doesn't really understand how the 4-in-1 sim works..


Right now, I have sim cards without numbers.. sad

Pls MTN cc I need you to generate my number abeg..
.. please let me know if I should send the PUK number or something so you can help generate a special number for me as compensation for all I've passed through today.. smiley

I beg I nor want "07123749179 kind of number" I'd appreciate something easy and unique cos the line is strictly for biz..
