safarigirl: Apparently, their team used the same Press Conference table, and they are on Twitter gloating about it.
I cannot wait for them to come to Nigeria, so we will show them how to be the Giant of Africa. If your FA is so useless that they cannot make decent organisations for a visiting team, you don't deserve the light you even brag about.
This is so terrible. Even if we want to be useless in Nigeria, at least we dey cover our shame if visitors come We’re not showing them how to be a giant, rather, we’re going to amplifying their ill treatment |

Honestly, when you analyze the Ghana vs Nigeria squad 1 v 1, we’re have superior players. In football, having superior players isn’t enough reasons to win a game. Ex Italy vs Macedonia 0-1. My most concern is Eguavoen fielding a horrible tactics or not motivating his players enough. Honestly, I just hope that Eguavoen selects the right tactics, formation and team Selections and should constitute immediate changes if things aren’t fine |

gatecrash123: It was the same formation we used in defeating egypt. Remember we are going there to win and not to play safe. Forget We are better than this guys. It is better we use more of attackers which we have in abundance than playing defensively which we are not strong at. Football is about scoring, if we concede no lele, so far we outscore them. You see this ghana their defence is f9, midfield e7, attack e8. What's there to be scared. I'm not bragging but that is the fact. We don’t really have to win in Kumasi a draw will be fine. In the return leg, we can go all out but still not a 424. I even prefer an attacking 352 than a 424 |

gatecrash123: My opinion on our lineup against ghana tomorrow: i feel the coach should go for the lineup he used at the nations cup(4-2-3-1) with osimhen and balogun who are not available at the nations cup coming in, cos we definitely need balogun's height for set piece. So the defence should be; aina, balogun, ekong and zaidu.
Then for the midfield, i will go for aribo and i feel onyeka should replace injured ndidi. Iheanacho should play as a supporting striker that he is, then osimhen as the number 9.
As for the two wingers, i feel the coach should go for lookman and chukwueze reason because they are our less physical wingers among the four available. So by the time it's second half the Ghanaians would have gotten tired, then simon and Dennis can come in and torment the tired Ghanaians defence. Then for for goalkeeper uzoho should start.
Osimhen
Lookman iheanacho chukwueze
Aribo onyeka
Zaidu aina Ekong balogun
Uzoho What sort of Idiot plays the same 424 again in an away game? You must have not learnt anything from Tunisia |

ohh. Thought you typed Goalkeeper. Lol Simon Moses is good. He did just fine in the AFCON. His problem is that he needs to know when to stop dribbling and pass the damn ball! In the game against Tunisia he probably let those "praises" into his head. Man probably was thinking he was prime Messi . He became a ballhog in the game. Killin our offense in the process and making us look toothless. Precision, Technicality and Tactical in-depth is key. Dennis is much productive. In the long run, dennis and lookman will be my choice on the wings. Personally, a forward line of lookman Dennis and osimehn can punish any team in the world |

He added, “they poured excreta and juju inside our dressing room and we couldn’t go in. We changed outside. They destabilised us, Kumasi fans are very harsh and unfriendly and it’s the same city coach Eguavoen is going back to.”
“It’s not a place you’ll like to play, the forces there are too much but I believe we have players who can withstand the heat there,” Udoh said.
Curled from Punch newspapers
In addition to the unsportsmanlike behavior that we should expect, there are allegations of voodoo practices expected by the Ghanaians. NFF must amplify whatever treatment vetted by the Ghanaians. If they’re fair to us, we should be fair to them. But, if they go low, we must go to hell |

The unsportsmanlike behavior that our Ghanaian counterpart has been exhibiting must be replicated by their Nigerian counterparts. First of all, I don’t know how the NFF allowed the Ghanaians to switch stadium few weeks to the match. (It isn’t legal) and I also heard that, Nigerians will be allocated only 2000 tickets for the game. NFF must amplify the unsportsmanlike behavior shown by their counterparts x10 at the return leg in Ghana. For example, if they provide you with a 3*** hotel in Kumasi, you should provide them with a 1*** in Abuja. If they provide you with only 2000 tickets, provide them with 500 tickets |

Our forward line can beat anyone in Africa. The impediment is just the midfield. Why can’t coaches see what the fans are viewing by solidifying it’s midfield instead of assuming that, the midfield isn’t essential?? |

jasena: If I were to stake my money on the outcome, I would say ghana would qualify for the world cup. 'Soup wet sweet an money kill am'. They have a world class coach with a lot of experience from the premiership. While eguavon is playing is football with his mouth, and bringing up a list to 'pacify some people in the nff', his Ghanaian counterpart is silent on the matter. We haven't learnt from our mistakes in afcon, Nigerian players are invited on the basis of sentiment rather than merit or current form. Nigerias most consistent scorers in the big stage such as cyriel dessert(wven scored this week at the Europe Conference league), nwaekeme ( Nigeria's top performer in terms of goals and assists in Europe ) are ignored. And poorly performing goalkeeper like okoye is maintained, old legs like onazi and etebo are brought in, bonke overlooked, moffi overlooked, our coach is also a poor match reader and I'm sure the Ghanaian coach has his plan a, b and c in place. Another Tunisia sort of match seems to be in the making This is one of the weakest Ghanaian team in their history and it’s the opposite for us. If Eguavoen fvcks this up again like vs Tunisia,…….. |

I hope its a knock and he should be back after some time off to rest. Let’s play the same mind games with Ghana by saying that ndidi is out of the Ghana game |

Eguavoen selected an imbalanced team with a weak midfield. Consequently, we’re hearing that our “2 in 1” player (Ndidi) might be unavailable for the Ghana game. At this point, situation is becoming more serious if a drastic change doesn’t occur. Onyeka, etebo and Aribo has to step up and if anyone of them becomes injured, only replacement are onazi, and shehu |

semid4lyfe: 1.That's the problem, Eguavoen is hung up on the past and is too player centric.
A good coach harnesses the talents at his disposal and adopts tactics suited to their strengths and to neutralize the opponents.
For example, Tunisia was depleted and without 12 players (some of them key players) when they played us at the AFCON. The coach did not whine. Instead, he adopted a tactical formation that overloaded the midfield, played close & compact, cut off our wingplay by double marking our wingers and got the win.
2. Eguavoen is misyarning and making gaffes all over the place.
➡️Admitting some players were invited to pacify certain people & interests
➡️Saying he has not traveled to watch some players play live and that's why they were not invited.
That's a nonsensical statement. This is 2022 for crying out loud and with the internet one can comfortably watch matches in the comfort of his/her living room and assess players.
➡️Hyping a retired player with questionable commitment and trying to bring him back into the fold
➡️Saying he knows his starting 11 against Ghana when the players have not reported to camp and had any training.
➡️Saying he cannot play through the middle (midfield) because he lacks players like Mutiu Adepoju and the late Thompson Oliha.
When you juxtapose the last two statements, you'll realize Eguavoen has already given away his formation and tactics for the game against ghana
Eguavoen no try abeg.
By the way, there was nothing special in Thompson Oliha and Mutiu Adepoju. It's just Eguavoen and his nostalgia for the past. But rohr tried implementing his own tactics and you guys claimed that he doesn’t know Nigeria football identity. Now, let’s enjoy Eguavoen 424 wing focused formation |

Do the talk on the pitch and not media houses. He should be planning and strategizing with his assistants on the game next week. When Rohr wasn’t talking, you guys claimed that he is too boring, dry, quiet and meek. Now, you’re claiming that Eguavoen is talking too much. Nigerian fans talk too much abegi |

komekn: My goodness see analysis.
I doubt if Zaidu will get into any EPL club.
Ndidi has not been outstanding this season he is a very long way from world class.
Victor O, plays with fiery rage and Aggression I have not seen in any player. He is truly relentless in his pursuit of the goal. He is not the best technically speaking and his goal tally is not outstanding.
However, in a different team that plays him as a True no 9 , he will score goals a lot more I think. But he is till very far off world class.
I If osimehn is presently the best overall (level wise) then who is?? If dem born you well change the narrative to suit you. Who is the best player right now at the super eagles?? |

Although, I don’t want to dismiss onuachu goals at his club but even the most harsh critic will admit that Osimehn looks slightly above everyone on the super eagles shirt. Right now, the players that perform at a higher level than, their peers are Osimehn …….. Ndidi…….. Zaidu……… These 3 are above average or close to world class in my opinion. Although, dennis has been super eagles overall best player this season, I haven’t seen his performance for NIG |
