re@lchange:

nwanne obi has little if any choice than to pick the most popular APGA candidate
APGA can lose this election
so obi has little choice.
he can either allow another APGA governor succeed him
or ngige will succeed him -nightmare for obi and jonathan
this game is not over
It seems you do not know the way a conventional Nigerian politician reasons. He thinks of self-preservation, relevance and life after office before any other thing . An independent-minded character like Soludo cannot guarantee him that. Obi will prefer a stooge like many other governors. The same Peter Obi contested against a very popular Soludo and won the election. He understands the political terrain

Well, what more can i say, Obi just murdered APGA in anambra and extinguished any hope of uniting ndiigbo under one political ideology. If he thinks he can rig election in anambra and foist his candidate on us, then he must be joking.

If this news turns out to be true, like i suspect it is, then Soludo will need to re-strategize, he still has the people's support. We can not allow Obi to foist another useless governor like himself on us, eight wasted years under Obi is enough.

To Anambrarians of course.

Obi wants to become a Godfather of Anambra politics, he thinks he has the political clout to foist a candidate on us, well, we are going to put that to test.

deeptesting: The news is still sketchy...On what ground was he disqualified? Please this will help me to make some input on the characters and integrity of the screening panel members.
he's a decampee...he decamped to APGA some days ago...they can't allow him to contest d primaries based on their constitution unless they waive that particular section for him

atiku's PDM just got registered.
if APGA fails, soludo should head there and try his luck.
if peter obi is more interested in self preservation
he may lose more than just that at the end
my fear is for igbo land
nobody can rig the elections
certainly not for an unpopular candidate.

the only way to be a political godfather in anambra state
is to support the best and most popular candidate
else, the person will lose
anambra people are not easy

Don't be deceived and don't be in a hurry to believe this news... If the news happened to be true then i doubt the possibility of Obi having a hand in this, as we can see his own main candidate Oseloka Obaze was also disqualified.
