Chino I'm sorry but these buildings are not up to par, if this is achievement, then he got it all wrong. I'd rather have 10 school with modernity to it than to have 20 of them still in the old century.

Have you ever considered the fact that kids from those 'old century' schools will have to score 139 (70%) to gain admission into a Unity school while their counterparts in states where you have the 'Internet age' schools only need to score at least 2 (1%) to gain admission into the same school.

What does that tell you? The building is secondary, it's the manpower that matters.

if Awka is what you called city, then real cities should be called paradise. what makes Akwa city? As far as am concern, Awka is a glorified village without meaningful development. Gosh!
