You are incorrect, an Act of God is an event that is beyond human control and resulted from natural occurrence. In Insurance, these are usually things like Sudden storms, tornadoes, etc.

If you fly faulty plans and skim on their maintenance to save a buck, it is inevitable that accident will happen sooner or later and that is not an act of God.

If you jump into Bar beach during high tides, it is inevitable that you are going to drown, it does not make it an act of God.

My point is that...many inevitable events are set in motion by ignorance, negligence, human error, mechanical faults, etc....but that does not make them acts of God.

As a Minister of Aviation, are you not aware that a crack means destabilisation and the plane at take off quickly loses control and is forced down? A CRACK ON THE PLANE is an act of God?
