Yes its accredited in Uniuyo and I hear its ranked higher here than same course in some UNIs

depends on when you graduated from high school. Until the original waec is ready, you can use statement of result. But if yours is ready, you won't be screened with the online result. You'd have to go get the original from your high school. And yes, the post utme result is necessary.
