Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by justkunmi(m): 9:38am On Nov 29, 2006
@JACKAL

Has torres finally decided to leave athletico madrid? ajax might allow hunterlaar but dunno bout torres. he might still be adamant. defoe is obviously not a good choice like i said but u never can predict what sir alex might do next. . . .cos he signed djemba djemba didn't he? for wat i dont know till 2day.

manutd should get back to winning ways this evening against everton. we should pick up the maximum 3 points and hopefully, bolton can take away some points from chelski like they did arsenal grin.
ts like sam allardyce knows his onions when it comes to big games like these. . .

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by bolaoni(m): 11:57am On Nov 29, 2006
apart from d 1st 11, I can't see any other playa 4 da team. may b JSP & Olle can add som bite sha.
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by kitaun(m): 12:00pm On Nov 29, 2006
I dont see why the noise about JSP, he sometimes is a very annoying player
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Hugoboi(m): 12:03pm On Nov 29, 2006
does sir alex want to get defoe to old trafford!!! i ask what for!!! That dude hasnt been that impressive @ the spurs and i think wat united needs now is a pacy striker.I was quite mad @ ronaldo against chelski.he is being so wasteful of recent.torres wouldnt be a bad idea sha!!
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by kitaun(m): 12:07pm On Nov 29, 2006
So Torres is now the hottest available striker for the Mancs to covet this much?
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by amodu(m): 1:31pm On Nov 29, 2006
hopefully, bolton can take away some points from chelski like they did arsenal

They won't, just let your hope be on your team.
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Jackal(m): 6:26pm On Nov 29, 2006
Fernando Torres wants to leave Athletico Madrid.
He reduced his buy-out cluase some weeks after signing his new contracts.
With the right price, Athletico is ready to sell to Man Utd.

@ Kitaun,
JSP is the real deal.
He is an utility player. He can play anywhere in the midfield and even in the attack.
The lad is strong and works like a trojan.
Park is ma kinda player cos he is direct. He runs at defenders and his game play is very unselfish.
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by justkunmi(m): 6:40pm On Nov 29, 2006
a new striker in january would surely put saha on his toes. a torres or hunterlaar would give the guy a run for his money, . .

manutd should get back to winning ways and see off everton. we should get maximum 3points and maintain the lead and hopefully bolto can draw blood from chelski.
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by bolaoni(m): 7:03pm On Nov 29, 2006
abeg make u all leave Saha alone. when he scores, he is da best, but whn he miss, he is BAD. Haba
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by kitaun(m): 7:13pm On Nov 29, 2006
Maybe he is not a true Red? grin

Really i feel some of these players are wack and dont deserve to be in these teams, players like Adebayor and Saha kind of like undervalue the fact that they are playing for some of the best teams in the world and take such opportunities for granted,

just my thoughts anyway

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Jackal(m): 11:26pm On Nov 29, 2006
@ J/K,

This is becoming a habit.
When i saw the team list, i almost gagged to death.
No Heinze, no Vidic, no Scholes, no Saha, no Giggsy got ma temperature running.
United handled everything well and got a resounding victory.

United MARCHES on.
Ferguson is out to crush any opposition as Chelsea is breathing heavily on our necks.
We should shake em off when they face gooners next week.
I just hope Wenger can play for pride and nick some points off Chelski.

I can't believe it will be a 2 horse race after just 15 weeks.
Arsene Wenger, you are a major failure. U have caused gooners so much pain, i think its high time u get sacked like u got dumped in J-league.
How can Arsenal trail United with 16 points after just 15 weeks?
Arsenal fans should be scared as they face Spurs this weekend and Chelski next weekend.
I hope Arsenal won't trail by 21 points by January 1.

Kitaun, Loyika, Mukina2, Nightrider grin , Vieira, Tosinadeda, Lordimpaq.
Lets start talking about next season. This season has ended even before it started.
What a calamity? U guys would have sleepless nights for weeks after the recent dismal performance.
Arsenal cannot win a game to save the hearts of their fans.
Kiss the title, goodbye.

I'm cock-sure Wenger will come up with anutha excuse.
Its either he says the new stadium is affecting em or his opponents line up their players behind the ball.
He might also say the fixtures are too tight and that was the reason why his team lost.
Duuuuuuuh, Arsenal had 4 days rest----------------------United and Chelsea had just 3 days and they still managed 3 points each.
Wenger, its high time u stop moaning. Stop acting like a WIMP.
Arsenal was outplayed, out-witted and outdone.
Fulham had 7 shots on goal compared to Arsenal's 2.
Just 2 shots on goal in 90 minutes?  This 4-5-1 formation is really working. grin
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by bolaoni(m): 11:39pm On Nov 29, 2006
congrats 2 all United fans. THEREZ ONLY ONE UNITED! THE TITLE IS COMING BACK HOME!
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by kitaun(m): 11:40pm On Nov 29, 2006

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Jackal(m): 11:42pm On Nov 29, 2006
Senator Bolaoni,

Thanx for the compliments.
We deserve some respect.
Gunners can only bark, they can't bite.

@ Kitaun,
Remain mute till the season ends.
I still have some few application forms if u want to join the RED DEVILS. grin
There are only 2 left so contact me on 079 20-MAN-UTD.
The forms are being sold on first come-first serve policy so hurry. grin
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by justkunmi(m): 11:44pm On Nov 29, 2006
something has definitely gone wrong with wengers's tactics. nothing seems to be working for him. or maybe he's still stuck in the euphoria of getting to the champions league finals that he thinks anything he does would get him a win, . . . . the guy should change his way of playing football cos its obviously not working anymore.

up united. splendid win even without some of our best players.

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by woleprof(m): 9:40am On Nov 30, 2006
[quote This was by no means United’s classiest performance this season, but three goals and three points keeps the Reds in front of Chelsea at the top of the Premiership.

Great job you you guys are doing keeping the red flag flying(no pun intended) cheesy
Really happy that we are playing well and winning, or at least winning even if not playing our best football. This is very unlike our water pistol colleagues who flatter to deceive.Teams are now scared of us and that's 20% taken care of.
I think though that we may run into problems because our 'depth' is not deep enough.Yeah we rested 5 regulars but hey Everton was never really coming to the party.Truth be told even if they had scored we still looked like winning, this is not arrogance just fact.
We need to pile pressure on the Romans now before taking advantage of the January window. We need to prepare for the eventual blip that will occur. We are the ones under pressure now to maintain/widen the lead. The next few days will be crucial. We need to take care of the banana peels .Balckburn has gone but there is the little matter of Boro and City.If we handle them decisively then we open a 9point gap on the Romans before their next match and then they will be gasping for breadth.Apart from Essien I cannot see their lungs not dropping some pints (sorry points)in their next 2 games.Bolton could not do it yesterday but lets hope Monsieur Wenger and the Igwe 11 can redeem what is left of their toy gun image.
Glad to see Carrick seems to have found his boots and happy to hear Silvestre may be leaving soon(hope he does not change his mind as he always does 1000 times in every game)
I can hear that prem trophy singing "there's no place like home, going back to my roots".
Reds:"glad to have you back ,baby"

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by loyika(m): 11:32am On Nov 30, 2006
Ok All you scummites tongue

Remind us all when was the last time United won the League THREE SEASONS AGO at that time, folks were calling for Sir Alex's head, saying things like, He has lost the Plot, He has lost the desire, He doesn't know what he is doing anymore. (i have MUTV so you all can't tell me s@*t!!)

It took the intervention and a good kick up the backside from Sir Bobby Charlton to give him back that confidence that the Roof is not caving in as he thought.

The headlines for Arsenal today, were the Headlines for United yesterday, but as United have found their feet after some changes; RVN/KEANO and so on, Any real football person should know that Arsenal with this crop of players will soon kick ass when they gel and click. We are not Chelsea angry, we do not go to the Market to change players every season. We build, and Building a house is not the same as buying one. But here is the thing, When completed that house is yours, made to your taste and design.

Don't worry about us, we will take our knocks like the true Men and women we are (like you guys have some seasons back) and we will come back stronger of that there is no doubt cool. You all should concentrate on maintaining your form, cause as much as it will be a disgrace for Chelski to lose the league after spending so much money on Thrash Shevy and ballack even if he got that goal, what else did he do all game) It will be a bigger heart break for you guys if Maureen wins this battle, cause Scummites, Maureen knows that Chelski are playing S@*t, but he would really have a ball knowing that you guys are playing the best footie yet his shitty team pips you for the title.

Now Scummites, that will be a F@*king laugh cheesy grin

So all the Gooners on Jackal's list, Keep ya heads up!! When you know who you are, you really do not need anyone's approval or acknowledgement. WE ARE ARSENALLLLLL

@ Scumittes let me remind you of a famous terrace song "Your'e not singing any more!!" Just pray you don't here that from the Pool, City, The North Blues (Everton) and your ever beloved GOONERS (NL and others) when the Russians play thier shiity footie and still win the league!!

I can just hear it now; YOU'RE NOT SINGING ANY MORE

cool GOONER 89
