Do you know that messi created the most chances (21) @ the word cup b4 the final game (against germany)?.. No other player created up to (15) in the entire tournament , you can't blame him if his teammates aren't delivering.


Take Muller( just like kreus) out of the German squad and they would have still won it.. Take Robben & J.Rodriquez out of the dutch and Colombian squad and they would have still make it to the Q.Final

Without him, Argentina would have been knocked out long ago. So without Messi, Argentina would have made it this far. Without Mascherano, they would have been knocked out. Based on importance, Messi Prix not deserve the Golden ball.

DebateNigeria: He doesn't. In my opinion he's not even in the tournament's top five with the likes of Muller (5 goals), James(6 goals), Klose (setting a new World Cup record and winning the cup), Arjen Robben and Gotze for his very last World Cup and most important goal in this World Cup.
I can go on and on.
Who deserves this award, to me it's James Rodriguess or MUller.
