Do we function alike? I mean you and I... on a serious note here.. I can guess what is causing yours here, though I pray I will be wrong this time.

YES... I have been depressed lately (It is more frequent lately).. My family don't know about it yet cos I'm hoping it will pass soon.

I wish I can provide a resource here but I'm afraid I am a victim here.

It's ironical I try to help others but I can't help myself on this issue.

I can't say my thoughts to the world. So I'm suggesting this.. A circle to discuss explicitly on "depression" ....

Just finished reading through it. Thanks.. most prescribed approach is talking to a professional about it.

Please how do we Nigerians handle this from time to time? Do we really have the facilities and psychologist to help with this?

Honestly, I'm sceptical about two depressed people talking about their problem and no 'professional' or middleman to moderate it.

This lounge is so public, to discuss depression. So @Olarewajub, how can we get a circle running so has deal with this issue. I will appreciate your feedback and I believe the house will appreciate it too.

Depression is my biggest regret...
And I notice if one is a very serious type, such person will also suffer from a very serious depression.
