Smart girl @Kachisbarbie... Well, I think it all depends on the situation and the matter at hand. If I know using 'might' would raise your hope which might likely be dashed, I would say something like, 'I'm not sure' and that is truly because I'm not sure. No point raising someone's hope over something you know you won't do. In all, I think that word 'might' is usually used by many as an escape route, just like Kachi said. 3 Likes |
