He is very ignorant... An illegal immigrant doing uber with forge documents is putting himself or herself at a higher risk of getting deported .
ndubuis, I didn't write the above words, dru23 did. He's admitting the fact that illegal immigrants do drive uber in USA but are at risk of being deported! I know 3 ppl doing so in USA. See ur life for ground.

You seem to know better than I do .. If you want to drive for uber, they have their requirements including social security number and drivers license.. You have to be legally to work in the USA, does that have ways around it are committing a crime. That will get them either in Jail or deported.. Now I don't know if the risk is worth, each to his own .. .

Now before it was easy for illegal immigrants to get drivers license .. But now in order for you to get drivers license now, you need to proof your place of birth ,social security and other forms of documents that can't be forge .Maybe you tell me there are ways around that too..
my dru23, peeps without papers drive uber in the USA. If u know u know. There's a way around everything. Just ask question for Street.

I don’t render appologies after a deliberate wrong doing it’s also a mockery, meaning in once mind, “I done tell am watin I won tell am already “. So young man keep your appologies and peace to yourself. Have got a lot already, I’m a proud man and a proud hustler that does his things in legit ways and I have no appologies for anybody and I regret nothing either if it turn out to be good or bad instead I see everything as life experience bringing me to fulfillment.
accept his apology and move on. Life is short. You too werent nice in your write up. Let's let this go.

Yes, i did because after i got her water to clean up her vomit, i thought about dropping her off and zoom off, but then again, if those people around saw this and they started shouting ritualist and my car gets mobbed in traffic and i get lynched on before i could defend myself, people like you would ask why do i not drive her down to her destination, or have you forgotten how someone here narrated a story of how he picked up a guy, not knowing he was insane, yet he still managed to drive him home to his mother after so many waiting time ?
Why would i frame up a lie? To get a cheap publicity? Not like they share part of their earnings with the person with the most concocted lies. Common mehn! This forum has been a great deal of help to me and i am indebted to the people ( Tojahh, Chillex, Pope 191, Gentle life, Kodred, Izzou, aunty radu, Gazzuz ,eherbal ,Yinka, Mr Jaydee, Ndubuis ,Cooladex, fasa 191 and every other person i forgot to mention) who've shared their experiences and took me in like their little brother even though we haven't seen yet .

I've try not to delve into d Oga matter, cos I don't have a clear tot regarding it... But from my own angle, if I'm with a lady dat is nagging or stressing me, I use madam to address her henceforth & deh don't find it funny "so I'm now madam?" grin... Just like most girl's or lady's don't like to b address as woman. Where I live, everyone tries to b formal, even couple dat happened to b deeper life uses sir/ma to address each other (so unromantic *frown face*), i dont like it, but I've to get in tune wit dem. On d handle hand I don't care Oga, sir, guy, chairman, boss is just a matter of d rider in question, mine is to secure d bag... We should note sometin here, when we speak to a rider over d phone is a different ball game to when we meet one on one, then we know d proper manner if approach one deserve. But one tin I've noticed, unmarried folks (eps ladies), don't like to b referred to as sir/ma/Oga, how it makes dem feel? I don't know cheesy but deh just don't find it comfortable enough

grin grin grin I have a client in his 50s, he practically ask me (not once or twice) not to use sir on him, he doesn't like it, but I don't know how to go about chatting with him without adding the sir at interval... When he gave me a gift worth 20k, I didn't even remember when I add d sir to d thanks. Crazy part is we now officially address each other as sir, cos he mocks me with Oga sir.
pope, u don dey write epistle like dru23. I still hate to be asked "Oga where are you?"

I have been home this week, no work, no uber, dislocated shoulder from working out. Don't even have strength for a fight as it is. The least I need here is an additional strain. Lol. Stick to your beliefs, while I stick with mine. We are all in the same struggles, one way or another. No need for a needless argument. Cheers.

Riders forming Kongs? Coming from a one time rider or still a rider abi. See bah, what is not right is not right and should be condemned.

Am aspiring to be a driver soon and have learnt alot from the experiences shared here by drivers and riders alike. This is something I wouldn't want to do to any rider and won't want that to happen to me. If I wasn't paying attention, got a prompt debit alert and understood the workings of the system, he would have just smiled as he left the scene abi.

Now na you come dey form Kong ni... Why would you take money without rendering the service you accepted to render, just cos it's a card trip and the rider is on bonus? Then still dey claim alaye unto the person money. Boss no reason am ooo, cos you fit buy big market with refusal to refund. Carry am go Sharia court sef, na chopping off of hand you go get.

Let's just learn to be careful sha and do the right thing. If you don't want a card trip cos of reasons best known to you, I believe it's best to ask the rider first, cos no be everybody dey carry money for hand dey Waka about. I moved round Lagos for 3 days without a dime on me from 8am to say 7pm and always on the road through out those hours.

Now, what would you call a driver who accepted a request, then immediately clicked on arrived, after calling me and confirming my location? Probably he was far from me.
that your driver is either a new driver or a born-again. I won't say much since you'll join the hustle soon. You'll come back here to apologize to the driver. Who no go no go know.

If I don't feel comfortable leaving you in my car, trust me, you will get down. I'll end the trip right there. You go do your worst, I'll respond in kind too. This issue came to the fore again because someone complained he left a rider in his car and his money was stolen. You may not have time to gather everything to safety just like tha on this job. But most of you are perfectionists until something goes terribly wrong.
you'll need to create your own ehailing app bro. If you chase 3 riders and they report you on uber, the rest they say is history
BusinessRe: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by 1daboi: 5:30pm On Dec 10, 2019
Felicity001:
The reasons are simple.
Bolt/taxify is so indiscipline and intolerant.
Here are my reasons,
Uber charges when you cancel a request after 5min
Uber charges when driver drivers down and waited for rider after 5min and then cancel
Uber charges for waiting.

These are disciplinary measures put in place for discipline, as long as taxify/bolt don’t put these disciplinary measures in place trust me Bolt riders will keep up with all their sane attitude and misbehavior.

The interesting thing is, an avereage Nigerian prefers such system the bolt is operating on because we like doing things and go scout free since there are no penalties to wrong doings.

Until taxify/bolt fixes these issues we shall keep hearing all and many more of these issues with them
seriously! I do uber most of the time. Each time I do bolt, I notice that 1. They don't call drivers, 2. They keep you waiting for too long, 3. Most of their riders dont give drivers any respect.
Have noticed that whenever a foreigner orders you on uber, they're always standing at their pickup waiting for their driver to arrive. Naija ppl sef

You cannot possibly have time to hide everything in your car in your pocket. I go to work, it's my personal car, I carry official stuffs, documents, personal stuffs too that I may need for errands. I can't possibly stuff everything in my pocket. I repeat, you will get out of my car if I deem it necessary. That's me. But you can afford to be leaving riders in your car, it's on you bro. Do not question why I have to and I won't question why you have to leave riders in your car. It's on you. But don't come and cry when you get robbed or things go wrong.
I thought we've discussed this be4 in the past? I still maintain that asking a rider out of your car is gullible, disrespectful and even unprofessional. If you have any valuable that can't fit into you hand glove box, leave it at home! Don't come and be suspecting all your riders. In fact if I order a ride and you ask me to step out of your car under a hot sun just because you want to check something in your bonnet, please hold a gun as you are asking me out
