NYSC › Re: Where And When Did You Do Your NYSC? by 1Dray(m): 12:42am On Jun 17, 2012
Batch B, 2011/2012,
Camped in km 27 Mallam Sidi, Gombe state.
My PPA at Gombe was Hajarat Arabic schools, where I taught Mathematics. It was so annoying trying to get the students learn what you are teaching them all invain. I was forced to teach Mathematics in Hausa against my initial wish. I couldnt but teach them in Hausa to save my effort of imparting knowledge in those Hausa students from being in vain. But even with me teaching them mathematics in Hausa it seem I was wasting my time and effort. I couldnt but apply for relocation and I found myself in the FCT, Abuja. In Abuja, I served wt Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Engineering section. It was such a wonderful experience cos I learnt alot, I am glad I did relocated in the first place.

I must tell you that Access bank is the 'sickest' when it comes to paying NYSC allowie. They suck big time, dont accept to bank wt them if u want ur allowie paid when other banks are paying.
Nairaland General › Re: Comandclem Registered Patentees Assembly by 1Dray(m):
Am back... Back to uphold my unblinkable support and solidarity for Comandclem and Prof. Uwemedimo. Its just that some people come here and brag about themselves and even accuse some innocent patentees of envying them, which kept annoying and pissing me, maybe that's why I had to keep off. The fact remains that I cant fold my hands and keep mute while injustice is melted on a just Nigerian. Whether I am able to reap someday for investing as a patentee in Comandclem or not, doesnt mean I should be shying away from my responsibility as a Pro-New Nigeria fighter. The present day is Nigeria is characterised by injustices and corruptions. These ugly twin sisters are one dual evil and catapilers that is eating deep the fabric of our dear country, Nigeria. The most painful and disheartening part is that they are now been spearheaded by the main people that should be fighting and nailing these ugly duo and those caught indulging in them. Most time I wonder what hope is left for Nigeria as a Nation and Nigerians as a people, when the Judiciary and the supposed crime fighters are now the ones in frontline of corruption and injustice practises. It is also disheartening and painful that the Nigerian Youths that should be saying 'No!' to these ugly duo namely injustice and corruption, are the ones used in aiding and promoting them because of the selfish gains attached to it. Now, where is the hope for a New Nigeria going to come from, if our youths are soiling their hands too?
I still believe in a New Nigeria, and it's possible and begins with you and I. it's not over until it is over... Arise O' sleeping giant, Nigeria!

God Bless Nigeria!
God Bless Comandclem!
God Bless Prof. Uwemedimo!

In my area, power supply is so steady. Lights here is blinding, lights here, dont blink! Its power supply 24/7... I have never experienced such as this before, since Dec last year, its been lights all the way! That we even tired of light... Most times I wonder, is this same Nigeria?

NYSC › Re: 2011/2012 Corpers: Have You Received Your Allowance For April? by 1Dray(m): 11:31am On May 13, 2012
chidike: Dude! i dunno how true this is, but i heard that once u apply for relocation and eventually relocate that you must have payment of allowee issues, you're like the fourth person i know that relocated and haven't received their allowee since relocating to the new state. *sighs* NYSC sha!
Yea bro, once u are relocated to another State u r bound to have unpaid allowie problem, but d magnitude or d amount of unpaid allowance depends on; 1. hw fast u r able to finish ur registration in ur new State. 2. The bank u were assigned to open ur acc wt. 3. NYSC officials that are to endorse ur application of unpaid allow dt would certainly arise as a result of ur relocation.
In my case I beat d first condition, finished registration in good time. But d bank I was assigned 2 open my acc bleeped up big time, as it took them 2months to open an acc 4 me. After opening the acc instead of them sending d acc. no to NYSC as it is done FCT and as they promised, they didnt. I applied for payment of unpaid allowance but it took me abt 2 months b4 I could get my Area Inspector to endorse my application as she was never around. After I got her endorse it took abt a month to leave my Z.I desk to the data office, this was even because I insisted it must leave dt day and promised them to help in looking 4 d files of other corpers in d Data office, which I did. Now my file left d data room dt day, and its bn more than 2weeks now in d inspectorate, reason bn dt these officials r not ready to work as many of them dont even come to work regularly. And most times these NYSC officials purposely delay treating ur application because they want to u remain unpaid till u pass out, as many corpers leave their unpaid allowie and go once they've passed out because of the stress involved in collecting these unpaid allowances once one had passed out. I know many ex-corpers bn owed for months ranging frm 6-8months and yet to be paid till now. Many of them had even forgotten d money and had moved on. This is wat these NYSC officials want, so dt they can gladly share this ex-corpers money among themselves, then smile to the bank. I weep for this country because almost all d sectors are corrupt. May God deliver us from these thieves!
NYSC › Re: 2011/2012 Corpers: Have You Received Your Allowance For April? by 1Dray(m):
Hmmm... Its not funny sha. I've not bn paid since Nov. last year dt I relocated to Abj till nw. I remembered bn paid as early as 23rd of every month in back Gombe. Coming to Abj. I noticed d trend... Bn paid for a particular month, 15th of the next month. Most of u r raining abuses on GEJ and the FG, when u shud be raining it on ur State NYSC coordinators that r using our Allowie dt had already bn paid by the FG, to get interest in their fixed accs. Down in the North East they r paid in time by the State coordinator so as to make their corps members comfortable as not to lose them to relocation, as many keep applying for relocation due to d Boko haram and Kalare boys syndrome prevalent in Gombe nd d North East. I must tell u dt some state coordinators r so wicked, selfish and corrupt. They dont seem to bother how d corps members feel, all they bother abt is their pocket and their family. But am assuring them that nemesis will surely catch up wt them. Someday its would be their turn... Someday they will be old, tired nd retired, waiting to recieve their pension, then nemesis would show its face. I weep whenever I enter the Data office in Zone 5 and see d number of letters 4 unpaid allowance dt has bn abandoned by the official wt d plan and hope of eating d allowance of these poor corps members. For me I refuse dt my 7months allowies be eaten by them. Come June, its either they pay me every single kobo they are owing me as they promised or they will be in for trouble. I refuse to labour and my sweat be eaten by some bunch of greedy and corrupt NYSC officials. On June 14 I wait...

You should be ashame of yourself... What do you keep bragging about, when you claim to be a OAU, Computer science graduate yet you cant drop is a single line of correct English? ...Uploading a video on youtube was like a carmel passing through a niddle eye to you, yet you come here everyday to brag and blab. You and your other empty colleague (with ICAN yet cant drop a single line of correct English) come here to brag and blab about Patentees envying you both... I guess ur consciences keep telling on you both, that's why you think people are envying half baked graduates like you both. I guess the person that recommended you and your other colleague to go back to primary school had a point. You both are big shame to Nigerian Universities and Nigerian graduates. Who ever envys both of you claiming to be graduates, yet cant drop a single line of correct English must be a fool and jobless too. I must say, both of are lesser than half baked graduates, uncultured without respect for elders, so full of yourselves, so arrogant and boastful. Go get useful to yourselves first before claiming to be useful to people. I guess you like it this way... If you (you both know yourselves) dont change and amend your ways, I'll be bringing more of the drama to your door steps. Please, Get a life now!!!

Greetings to you, fellow Patentees. As we keep waiting patiently for the both judgement at but the Supreme Court and High Court to kick start and resume respectively, we shouldnt ignore the efficacy of Prayers. We cant afford to lose hope now because we are certainly getting there. Lets be hopeful with much faith girdled with fervent prayers. For the prayers of the righteous availeth much. Though our Judiciary might not be trust worth enough, there is this Supreme being out there that have control over everyone of them. As it is written in the big holy book, "the heart of the king is the hands of the Most High God". They will surely do whatsoever He asks them to do. We may not have much money compare with our opponents in these cases, but we can have what they dont have by upping/stepping up our game, by bringing in the Supreme being to be on our side, and you know? Your guess would be as good as mine.
We can do it, my fellow patentees. Lets join hands and do it once and for all. Sitting out there and complain wont do us any good. We are in this together and together we can do it. Cheer up, people! Lets get it on! I am highly persuaded that nothing, both present and yet to come can stop our victory.
God Bless Nigeria!!!
God Bless Comandclem!!!
