If Comandclem did not win the appeal of December 8, 2009, all patentees, including Princes, Ladies, Barons and what have you, would have forgotten what is called Comandclem. But by that singular decisive victory, our hope as patentees was rekindled. This gave Comandclem the opportunity to either negotiate with Mobil on payment of royalty or go to court. At this stage, I don't need to explain what happened later when Comandclem opted for negotiation because we are all aware. We are also aware that Comandclem has passed through the door that leads to litigation, even though the door that leads to negotiation is still left open. But my co-patentees are understandably anxious to get the dividends from their investments. I have said it many times that negotiation is easier and faster than litigation. Even if Comandclem lawyers prayed for accelerated hearing of the case, it is the presiding judge that has the final say. Every patentee wants to be updated everyday about Comandclem as if we have nothing else to do ourselves other than Comandclem issues, when we are not employees of either Comandclem or of the patentees themselves. My advice now is that patentees should please be patient and allow our members who have volunteered to update us, to do so under encouraging atmosphere. We should also encourage the Comandclem Management as it is not their fault (in my own opinion), that we have not started reaping the fruit of our investments. Finally, as far as I am concerned, I will never leave my God out of whatever I am pursuing. I am using this opportunity to call on Yusuf, Banjo, Ken, Umehemeka and others not to be discouraged but to feed us with authentic updates. God bless you all. In Comandclem/MPNU issue, the two doors are still widely open. One thing I want all patentees to realise and thank God for, is that Comandclem won the ownership of the invention struggle at the Appeal Court on December 8, 2009. Otherwise, I would have burnt my own Comandclem receipts since that day. There would have been nothing like Comandclem Registered Patentees Assembly, as we have it today. TO GOD BE THE GLORY. I served in Gombe. . . SS3 students still tell you to teach in hausa that they dont understand English. Hw can you pass WAEC without understanding English. With 17 the number had even increased as it use to be 7.

The truth is we tend to focus more on the southern states and few places here on nairaland not knowing what may be going on in so many other places especially in the north like Gombe, Jigawa, Kebbi, Zamfara even in states like Ebonyi.

U peeps keep mentioning Ebonyi, but Ebonyi students are never bn found wanting academically. If you doubt it, go and ask UNN, who was last year 'best graduating student in Medicine'. The truth is that, this is not the first time they've been doing it in UNN. . . Go to FUTO, UNIZIK etc and ask, Ebonyi students had always drawn thick lines.

It's no time to discourage ourselves, rather it time to encourage each other and restrategise our game in this fight. We all can join hands and make it a reality. Do you prefer self praises to doing the job you were employed to do? What do you really stand to gain with all the praises you are calling for? I got pissed at the means you employed to praise yourself using a 2nd username, hence trying to call you to order to desist from that, as it is not good for the image a Marketing manager of a reputable company as Comandclem. So trying to call you to order is now image tarnishing? If that is what it is, I want to tell you that you have lost in this one, because as long as you remain a manager in CCNL where I not only hold a stake but also represent the interest of my large constituency in CCNL, I would always try to correct you and call you to order whenever I see you erring or going astray.
