People why try so hard? They are obviously wasting peoples time. They can not even set up a proper website, so you wonder what they are doing with the 'application fee' ? So politicians are now trying to raise money also by exploiting helpless youth [my opinion].

I'm quite surprised that you plan to recruit staff for your entire company (factory) through Nairaland. Did you join yesterday just for this purpose? If that's the case then my observation would be that you're a lazy personnel manager. A TRUE HR manager really would start from the CVs in his records, and then consult with his colleagues even before advertising.

May I also add that honesty and hard work are still vital elements to success' aspirants.
