@ekt_bear 2. If you are a woman and into math and science, you'll find that these fields are dominated by men.

I don't understand this point! Like how does it concern d issue?

Anyway I think u should also wish 4 daughters,am an only girl and my father saw/brought me up like one of d boys! He trained me in a way that I never put him or my family in any trouble! I feel that even though we all eventually do what we want, but there are some times where ur home training affects ur decisions. My dad made me know I could achieve even more than my brothers,I should never depend on anyone 4 my upkeep and all that,he NEVER looked down on me. This is one thing that most of our fathers do-they do not regard women as anything@all,some in a subliminal way start pimping their girls off so they are maltreated. Now this girl grows up with that mind setting in life so it seems they are troublesome or a menace to society.

Seriously-hope for daughters and bring them up d WAY she won't b a menace and u will see a change @least.
If u can do that and another guy does and another-there will b a change.
Why? I like my life being relatively stress free. If you have only male children, no need to ever worry about somebody getting pregnant, etc, etc..

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against women. I respect them because they have a more difficult life than men. But I want to minimize the amount of said difficulty that enters my own life grin cheesy
.

I hear ya!
So how else do women have a more difficult life apart from ur earlier example?
RomanceRe: How Does It Feel To Be A Woman... by 1ndidi2(f): 9:42am On Sep 21, 2012
All I know is, I hope I have only male children.

Women are so much trouble even for the guys around them...imagine how stressful it would be to actually be one.
Warning!!! We never get what we hope for.
Unhope that hope today!!

PoliticsRe: States In Nigeria With The Most Civilized Citizens by 1ndidi2(f): 10:36am On Sep 13, 2012
Paul John: Is education not the basis of civilization? If it is then, I think Ekiti should be among the first group.
This state has the highest number of Profs and doctors in this country. More than that of the whole of S/Southern states combined together.
Ileke idi and ekt bear tell them cool
I am currently serving @ekiti, true, they have d highest number of profs!
But that doesn't mean they are civilized! For a 'prof and doctor state'-
They have NOTHING to show for it. What then is d gain of such prestige?
Instead of them 2be referred to as 'fountain of knowledge' it should be 'fountain of fertility'
Because their citizens and animals esp. GOATS are extremely fertile.

Ivynwa: @Ndidi
You should be helping that your fiance scout for work, I am seeing job adverts NNPC etc popping up here in the forum. You can be forwarding such to him and helping him apply even while he is learning the other stuff you mentioned. I just saw Diamond bank job announcement on the front page, that is if he is looking towards that field and can handle bank work.
:-) my dear o!,as if u are in our minds.
Yea we are both scouting for each other and we have already responded 2 both adverts!
Thanks a bunch! hugzzz.

Ivynwa: Ndidi obi anafu eme gi Paulina Paulina dey trip over weddings dey go grin grin. Oh my gosh, she just can't wait.

Girl 4 days? The story sounds like the man has a drinking problem or something or plain jealousy----so short a marriage. I recently read about a couple that were arguing in the morning of their wedding, bride ended up stabbing groom dead even when she didn't mean to kill him. Sad, sad!
Whatever you do, be praying seriously over that your wedding day-o-o Ojare. Take care.
U are such a tease- I wish I had a sister and someone like you!
Funny gal!! U just might get an invite:-)
FamilyFour Days!! by 1ndidi2(op): 9:48am On Sep 12, 2012
.This is the unhappy couple who split after just four days of marriage, when the groom accused his bride of flirting with the best man, then beat her up and smashed all their presents.
Tammy Driver, 21, and Nicky Pearce, 29, separated upon returning from their honeymoon weekend, following a violent row at their home near Aberdare, South Wales.
Jealous Pearce flew into a drunken rage and attacked his new wife, grabbing her by the neck before allegedly biting her and breaking her nose. Why do you think he married her? What will you do if you were related to the bride or the groom?

Life without a stable income is hard, but there are many ways to get an income even without a job. If your man is hard working, he can provide for you both.
Yes,u are right and he is a hard worker!

Kobojunkie: Just curious. If you were to marry a man a rich man, and the year after your wedding, he loses his business, his money and all the flashy things that come with being rich. What would you do then?
Also, are you two allergic to registry weddings?
No we aren't!
I didn't think about d registry,

TravelTravelling Tales: What's Yours by 1ndidi2(op): 12:08pm On Sep 07, 2012
My smileyfriend and I were traveling from ado-ekiti to benin,so we boarded a bus @a garage. After picking d seats we wanted, we became comfy. then bought biggy, plantain chips and lacasera, started munching and chatting away. Few minutes later an 'it was once white' decapitated police van drove up and packed in front of our bus. Then about 6 olopas(policemen) came down with their wrapper- handle guns. Did I mention they also came down with 2 handcuffed- fierce- looking prisoners!!! After speaking with d driver-the 2 prisoners were pushed 2 sit@ d only vacant spaces(where my friend and I sat) together with 1 pot- bellied- tired -morose- looking policeman. Immediately we stopped eating d biggy, and protested we were not traveling with those prisoners! See me see risk! I have watched enough convict movies to know d bus can b high jacked by gang members! D policeman assured us that nothing would happen and we should relax, but we were adamant and quarreled with d driver 2 refund our money and also threatened 2 report d company 2 our DG(we were corp members) and then pretended we were calling a 'vip' person! After giving us d normal dose of insults 2 which we 'mouthed' them back, our money was refunded and we left and traveled d next day!
