Milk is safe, well I don't know about Milo, I didn't take it throughout my first tri but now I add just a little to my milk. Taking just few spoon of it once in a while isn't bad.

Orange juice wa okay nah, abi... Other mamas will answer u about that one but orange is good, Soo....

Thank you Sis... Infact the heat is something else... The rate at which I go to the bathroom sef has increased bajebaje.... I'll try and minimize how I take the Milk and Milo but enjoy my chilled water and juice jeje.

I mostly drink water directly from the freezer whenever I am pregnant and this is my third baby. No issues at all. And it is what ibcan stand. I also take tea using dano milk and ovaltine without issues though not regularly. As for orange juice, I can't really say.

Here to rant small cs i am frustrated .
Baby decide not to suck brez oooo ... I tried all i could, breast milk didnt come out quick enof for 4days so during dis 4days i got him formula to drink cs e gaz eat now n doing everytin possible to mk brezmilk com forth.. U know, i did hot water breast massage, breast pump, pressing n pressing, drink oat, tea, notin came out... Den i google n firm my ans fenugreek capsule... Bought d almighty expensive pill, used it n it worked, brezmilk started comin out... Then i gave bobo mk him suck oooo.... Him no gree suck, just dey carry mouth comot.... Ha!!! I was lik wat is dis bayii, me dt plan to do EBF... Dis is how my plan just scatter lik dt, e does tk d brez milk frm bottle but expressing milk everytin is time consuming, painful n exhausting n drink firmula lik a pro. So dis is how EBF is thrown out of d window by my stubborn baby . i ve my plan, baby too hv his.... Imagine!!! So i will now b spendin moni buyin formula, Ha!! Nawao!!!!. End of rant

Big baby in da building!! Needs the boobz to be firm for Dad.. God will continue to provide money for the formula.

There was a time I went for scan and d man had to tell my husband to stay outsyd, I was like brother why, na him b d papa of d baby nw so allow him c his pikin too; den he was like dere rum small datz y dey don't allow 2 ppl but atlast he accept hubby cum insyd sha

I started feeling flutters in my tummy at 16 weeks,Dre's nothing scary abt scan the joy of seeing little one on the screen is lovely.BT my baby always give doc tough time wen he wants to measure,baby start jumping till now we haven't checked gender cs baby doesn't cooperate. Hi, hope you are fine. Please stay away from constant consumption of paracetamol as it can have effect on your liver. Also remember that whatever you consume is passed on to your baby.

Well, headache can be part of the pregnancy package but if it is not bearable for you, discuss with your doctor who will also carry out other checks like Blood pressure to check if all is well. There are some reasons why you might be having the headaches

1. Not eating at the right time. Ie your body is low on glucose.

2 Not sleeping well

3. Excessive stress or strain . Is your daily activity stressful?

4. Not taking enough Water

Solutions:

1. Even if you don't feel like eating, eat in bits, get pap, custard, add a bit of lemon . Go for chips, just munch something

2. Have your bath before bed to have a relaxing sleep. Get some soft pillows. If you are in lagos, go to Miniso at shop rite. They stock a lot of soft pillows that you can use to balance your tommy when you sleep plus they are cute

3. Instead of paracetamol, you can plait adimole so that you can pour water on your head as many times as you want.

4. Listen to your body. When you feel tired, just leave what you are doing and take a rest.

5. Take water as many times as possible as dehydration also triggers headaches.

Most importantly, check with your doctor.

Taking your daily drugs is very important for both you and your baby. I don't like drugs too as it nauseates me but I have found a smart way of enduring pregnancy drugs
1 I don't take the routine drugs given to me by the hospital, I don't even collect them. ( if you are on hmo, their budgets are always very low so they pay for the cheapest drugs and those cheap drugs has terrible odour that I can't stand.

2. I use obron 6 . Just one capsule.

3. There was a time I was using pregnacare. But from research, it doesn't contain calcium and the ones that have calcium has it in small quantity. ( oyinbos consume lots of milk which is a good source of calcium but our own diet is deficient of calcium sort of.

4. I was told by 2 people that obron 6 is specially formulated to cater for the deficiencies in the Nigerian or African diet.

5. I also bought calcitone( calcium tablet and was told to use 1 in the morning and one in the evening.

6. NOTE: not having enough calcium when pregnant could negatively impact a woman when she is older, when pregnant, every calcium the baby needs is taken from your body. So if you don't want to have leg or joint problems in your older age, don't play with your calcium especially in your 3rd Trimester

No one will advise you to stop taking your routine drugs cos its very important neither will I but I no dey take my own. Na anytime I feel like as the thing makes me sick

As I be FTM.... Advice plenty.... I don tire sef... I don't know what to do again... I force myself most times to take the drugs..cos on a normal day without pregnancy I am not a fan of drugs except if the thing don hook me. I'll keep managing... May God see us through...

I woke up today in high spirit ready to go for my antinatal with my fine bubu gown and new all back braids I made yesterday
Took bike from my house to the junction, told the aboki bike man 'kadankada fah' I even pointed to my stomach so he can understand.

On the bike too I was still cautioning him with kadankada. Within a twinkle of an eye, this aboki man went to climb a rocky part whereas there was a smooth part beside it o, I was Still cautioning him when his tyre hit one sharp something and I can't even explain what happened that minit, I held unto him shouting blood of Jesus. The bike was going for a fall.
How God held him and we didn't fall is still a Miracle. handbag fell down , phone, everything with me.

People rushed to us to bring me down and all I could do was cry. Infact they all gathered and was insulting him.

Just thanking God cos it wasn't more than that, if not where I for dey? With my biggie belle?

You can say that again and they get referrals alot!! That makes it crowded I guess. They are the only option on my list now cos those private hospital around me are quite expensive... Imagine I have to pay 50k for registration when I went to make enquiry in one of those private hospital.... I no wait to hear the remaining...

ugwu is totally... Infact 101percent safe, just mk sure u cook it well to kill germs... Thou i used gure to boost my blood when i was a FTM... My pcv was 35-37 percent through out my pregnancy but cnt gt gure where i am noe, stuck wit ugwu. 4 d underweight, dnt worry abt dt... Just stick to ur prenatals... Use dem everyday no matter wat symptoms u r going through.... Congratulations n welcm ƪ(˘⌣˘)┐
