EBuhari just made it clear that GEJ did what he can't do.

That's a lesson on political maturity from Jonathan ...

The way these guys talk sometimes irritates to no end. It is as if they have started taking the respect for human lives and christian preachings down south for cowardice. He was the one that has been using violence to threaten everybody . The north is slowly taking it for granted that the fear of violence from the south will make folks yield to them at will. This can lead to haughty/arrogant outbursts/behaviour. Some parts of the south, traditionaly beholden to eternal servitude may lap upto that since they visualise their every political progress through the northerner, but sometime in the future other parts of the south will be forced to challenge this mentality. Unfolding events thereafter will prove to everybody that no one has a monopoly of violence.
The time is already here for those that sees beyond the smokescreen .

Wake up boy.
Igba puku gba!

Actually there are differences and divisions in many parts of the world, take for instance, the U.S.; the north and south went to war at some point in history around the slave trade era and certain divisions have remained.

In our case in Nigeria, I do maintain that our major problem is corruption and self centered ambition, not ethnicity. We tend to focus on the wrong things.. Tell me, how many of us would protest against unemployment in this country if we're employed? And how many would protest non-payment of wages if they're unemployed. But we'll gladly do this for political leaders for peanuts, to help them achieve their selfish interests that sometimes don't necessarily benefit us

You're right on we being used by the upper class to achieve their personal goals.

But I must insist that considering how our constitution was written by northern soldiers without any form of inputs from the citizens, and considering the fact that we can't really say this or that is our form of government, ordinary nigerians would continue to grope in abject darkness & rudderlessness for a very long time to come, their only escape from this darkness being going into politics or drugs or other forms of criminalities to escape the scourge of poverty & uselessness.

So I believe that cutting nigeria into little strong regional administratives would rather took care of our various need that the nigerian government as currently constituted would never achieve.

“They separated the Yorubas of Nigeria and the ones in Benin Republic. They also separated the Fulanis and other tribes who were living together as one along the Cameroon border.

Yorubas are not part of Nigeria. Yoruba are in the independent country of the Kingdom of Western Nigeria[/size]

Jonathan conceded power to Buhari and his nearby Niger Republic - shikena. When Yar'Adua beacame president, one of his earliest foreign trips was for Nigeria/Niger/Chad related business.

Buhari as HoS refused to vote an Igboman as OAU Secretary but voted for a Niger Republic candidate.

Yes!!!!!! He did d normal tin. Hez no hero. We all saw wht hapen to Laurent Gbagbo 4 disrupting election process
Gbagbo incited his supporters plus the state powers he had into killing. Over here in Nigeria, we know the people who are ready to kill like we saw in 2011. If GEJ had rejected the results, Buhari and APC would have been the ones to incite their supporters like Amaechi promised a parallel government. So if after the violence and everything dies down, GEJ and GMB would be arrested and taken to ICC. So yes, GEJ's action saved both men from being treated like Gbagbo. Also, don't forget that Kenya's president Kenyatta had to appear in ICC about his own role when Kenya had the same problem. Some people also accused Quattarra for his supporters role in the Ivory Coast crises
