the military is more capable of taking out the militants from the Niger Delta faster than boko haram because boko haram are getting supports/men/weapons etc from north African countries and some west African countries but where will the Niger Delta militants get theirs? Can Niger Delta militants take a casualty of over 3,000 militants and still continue to fight?
