People are still looting now as we speak. There is no change anywhere, BH is worst now, same with Nepa, even exchange rate, forex is in another planet, those travelling abroad often , scholing abroad of sending money to their children abroad will understand better.

I haven't seen any major capital project being embark upon so far, in China, it took them just 6 working days to fight a road destroyed by earthquake. In Nigeria, for decades now, roads cannot be fixed.

Anytime I visit Enugu, I feel like crying for owerri. How far the 27 general hospitals? The Governor had the guts to say the the FMC was the only working hospital in the town when he was begging the staff to go back to work. Ask him and the commissioner of health who was standing next to him when he made that statement in the hospital.
