Guys please help out...I transferred from a school in Ghana to a Federal university here in Nigeria in 2016. Which we all know Jamb is not required to get admission in Ghana. I used direct entry to get an admission into the Federal University. I was given a slip when I was undergoing my registrations with the school. There was a Jamb number on the Slip given to me but I've never taken jamb before. This is my final year and I'm graduating soon. So I want to know if this Jamb Regularization applies also since I don't have a Jamb result. Do I follow the same procedures cuz I have no jamb Exam Year to fill in the form.

Since you have the jamb number from the school, most likely the school has done the regularization on your behalf... Go to the student affairs and confirm from them

Jamb didn't give me admission it was the school (Oko Poly) who did. Now I already applied for DE & few days ago when I went to upload my ND result the official told me I needed to do Validation & correction of data to change the qualification I used "Other DIP" to "OND" then I called another aspirant like me he said when he uploaded his, he was told to do regularization & so I'm confused & my post utme exam is on the 14th

Change can't possibly be done. You'll just need Jamb regularisation.

My name is on the mobilization list and most of my friends on the mobilization list have admission status as no admission offered... A staff told us it is the responsibility of the school to send our JAMB Number to JAMB OFFICE

*Ans:* _Medical report is a report that is duly signed & stamped by a registered doctor (from a government hospital) that specifies the state of your health._*



*How does it work in redeploying me to my preferred state?*



*Ans:* _The medical report tells that you need to see your doctor for regular checkup and medication due to the state of your health_



*How can I use it for redeployment?*



*Ans:* _A redeployment form will be out 2weeks after you resume camp. You are to get it from your platoon officer, fill and attached a hand written application letter by you together with the medical report_



*How about the certificate of fitness?*



*Ans:*_The fitness certificate is a document that certifies you to be fit for the 21days in camp. Without the fitness certificate you can't do your camp registration_



*How do I get the medical report and the fitness certificate?*
