I think it is due to poor workmanship or sub standard materials,

I doubt that it is due to wind load.

I am beginning to seriously consider keeping tanks close to the ground, but using pressure pumps and pressure capable piping instead of depending on height of the stand to drive pressure.

That said time to sue the hell out of the developer or landlord or the fabricator of the stand

I’m toying with the idea of building again. One of the very top must haves on my list is a subterranean tank and a pressure system. No elevated tanks.

Federal Highway (Primary) – 90 m right of way. 45 m from the centre to the property line (75 ft, 60 ft)
State Highway (Secondary) – 60 m right of way. 30 m from the centre to the property line (50 ft, 45ft)
Local Road (State) – 24 m, 18 m, 15 m, 12 m, 9 m, 7.5 m, 6 m right of ways respectively from the centre to the property line as applicable (31 ft, 25 ft).

My electrician in Port Harcourt is saying they don't use 3x6 knockout boxes. They only use 3x3.

ask for the drawings for the house, the specs , boq, nothing will be available.

What I usually do now is that ones i known that your building is a commercial structure with above 8 toilets I will introduced larger diameter pipe like 6” thick pipe with solid block chamber. with this you can’t experience blockage. The 1st one I deed was about 8yrs ago, block of 6 flats till today no opening of chamber for once.
