The answer is yes and no, Yes because their are certain israelities who knew those Jehovah sent to them as saviors , they called them savior or saviors and recorded it, just the same way present worshipers of God recognise jesus as savior.
No because the israelites in general do not give any human title of savior.

All saviors , including jesus, where by the express appointment and directive of Jehovah!, as the previous saviours where sent by Jehovah , so also was jesus sent!
