Hey house. Had a very poor couple of days - no exercise since last Thursday. Also had a bad weekend, food-wise. Three parties and lots of rice, turkey, and salad Will pick it up again this week |

Omo Alata: Special offer in Lidl today (if you live near a store). I bought a balance board and 5kg kettlebell ^ As a matter of fact I was in my local Aldi ( a similar store to Lidl) last week and saw some kettle bells on special offer, I bought the 5kg one and trekked home carrying it as you have to pay for carrier bags there lol! It has been sitting in my cupboard for a week now so thank you for hitting us up with this kettlebell workout YouTube clip. Will give it a go! |

Did 30 day shred level 3 and 30 mins on my crosstrainer However, I need to do an extra workout later as the fried plantain (2) and fried eggs (2) I had for lunch is very high in calories and has left me very little for my dinner etc Ps. Did a 30 minute kettlebell workout so hopefully burnt off some of the plantain |

We are all doing what we've gat to do, just busy with other weight loss sites like you do too. It's sad, my commitment a little drained here, not my fault, am just trying to work this year. Talking too much atimes, I realized I don't do but with less talk it's working for me. I just recorded some wonderful losses so far and I cannot say more. Another thing is some of the folks are fasting in February, they eat less and prolly less exercise too. So, omo alata do your thing and feel free to post new stuff. I enjoy every bit of it and so do all. |

@omo alata, are you making it real? Where una dey na? If I may ask, tell us a likkle about your weight loss journey. You look and sound like a weight loss success story. @all, my body aches terribly right now. I started ST again especially my triceps and biceps and the result is all over my body. I also incorporated deadlifts yesterday with some 20kg weights (heavy enough for me). I wish to walk with 10% incline today and do some weights and am out. |

I started a 30-minute full-body routine that I learnt on YouTube, added some kettlebell moves to the routine, and a few of the Insanity moves. So I have been doing that since Sunday. It's kind of my quick-action routine for busy days. Pretty good, keeps me alert for the whole day. |
