FRANK-C, I get your point BUT please before you say does changing jobs, check the ratio of those losing jobs to does gaining. Imagine 10 people change to better jobs and 1000 lose and remain unemployed does that help? Look at Spain unemployement is at over 20% and yet we can't boast of a better economy than them even as they are crashing. So forget that succeeding tlk.
