The Judiciary already Upheld the election of the Senators in River state because, even though there was impunity during the Presidential/National house of Assembly election day, INEC allowed it and only after that, INEC realized its mistakes and issued directives that NO manual accreditation during subsequent election for the Governorship/State Assembly.
