Yeah, I know. The issue could be caused by the notch or your font type/size. If you changed your font revert to the default then try again

I don't know if pixelated is the right word, but the text in the notification panel, settings and contacts app sometimes look outta place either due to size or due to placement, other times the heading texts look like they were dragged out of proportion.

Then there's the issue of icons and search bar in the settings app looking funny.

Generally, IOS replica themes don't look as nice as other themes on MIUI 10, I don't know why.

The themes are never perfect. There's always a design issue here or there.

I understand you now. What's your device? Does it have a notch? I see no such issues when I activate that particular theme on my RN5. Rather everything just blends in

I want to reset it,it doesn't support playstore so Gmail z out of the options

Go to your contacts settings. You'll see "export" contacts option.
Choose export to internal memory/sd card depending your default storage location (remember where the file is saved).
Connect your phone to your PC then copy the saved file.
The file format (can't recall the name) can be read by outlook or copied to your gmail contacts if you want.

In short, make una just give me themes with better status bar and notification panel customization.

How do you mean pixelated? Is the design language on the notification panel and status bar not conversant with the rest of the theme's design?

Please I need help with keyboard issue on my friend's Note 4x. Whenever you need to type and the keyboard is supposed to show, it doesnt. The space for keyboard just remains blank. I thought it was a Gboard issue so I downloaded Swift from play store. I went ahead and set the default keyboard to Swift and it still didnt show. I restarted several times and it sometimes showed after restart but disappeared shortly after. I have uninstall Gboard updates and reinstalled, still no luck.

Please help if anyone has experienced this before.

Sorry about your plight guys. But one quick question; have you tweaked your device in anyway?

I had to ask coz we've hardly seen any device (except in rear cases of defective units) suddenly acting up without some prior level of tampering.

If you have any issues, for timely troubleshooting it'll be best you state what you must have done, tweaked, modded or installed/uninstalled etc you get precise suggestions to get your issue resolved

You sure about that? Coz folks with untrained eyes are usually the ones that ask "What's the difference between HD and FHD"

not only the video aspect, the pixel density is higher nd sharper ie u will be less likely to see jagged edges on FHD than on HD displays. Meaning the display graphics on FHD will be sweet nd creamy like a freshly made sweetened vanilla nd chocolate ice cream with a butter pecan caramel don't mind me ... But I hope u get the picture. The FHD is just better but can guzzle battery juice much more than the HD displays due to the higher pixel density.

Jagged edges you say? HD works just fine jare. To the untrained eye the difference between HD and FHD is not so obvious

You actually can without root...

-Go to Play Store> Help & Support (on the search bar at the top type "Delete and disable apps on Android"
-Scroll down and click "Tap to go to Application Settings" (It's written in blue color).
-You'll see a list of all the installed apps on your phone. Scroll & find Google apps you wish to disable
-Click Dou, Playmusic etc you'll see disable & force close options

Note: You can't uninstall Google apps via this method, you'll need root for that

Yes. The turn down for me on the Redmi 7 is the Screen Resolution (its not FHD). Let's see if xiaomi will launch any plus series for Redmi 7

I held my cousin's new R7 beside my RN5 and must say the res wasn't so bad when compared (opinion mine).

Remember it's for budget conscious buyers.

On the bright side it makes the battery give more juice

Frankly aside the glass back & improved aesthetics I don't see the RN7 as a upgrade for someone using either the RN5 or RN6 despite its upgraded Chipset. On daily usage the performance should be similar.

I still have mixed feelings about the notch even. I see the RN8 likely featuring a pop up front cam, they must have figured a durable & minimalist design mechanism by then

Perform a Google Drive backup on your present device, then activate your what'sapp account on the new device & restore backup. Go to whatsapp settings> chats> chat backup

Check your location. Does the device browse with the 3g & 2g reception you're receiving? If not check your internet settings.
Lastly could be your SIM.
