You guys cant do it because you have to sit inside pubs and observe so much regulations. Parks are good but we dont need them to be happy and to have fun. Take your foreign mentality and keep it where you are

Not at all. It is no more promiscuous than wearing a neck chain or a bracelet. As I wrote earlier, in many cultures it is normal to wear waist chains, it is just another jewelry.
