Won't whine over them cause i now have lots of my kids pictures to deal with now. Be positive, keep looking forwards so you dont stumble.

i was going through mental health break down

i told them aggressively to burn my photographs

(i had a box with all my baby photographs etc)

and they said they will do it, and did it.

now im no longer mentally ill, i wish they did not do such.

I am not lying - you will think how is this possible, but my parents were trying to destroy my life to the extent of when I was being treated so badly I tried to move to a psychiatric home to seek solice, and as I wanted to come back my mother told me to stay in the psychaitric home so that the NHS can give me a free council house

Even, when I was put in a hostel with drug addicts and rats - she did not care, she said stay there so that the NHS can give me a free house etc

Anyways, long story short I am in a hostel since 2016 and I pay £20 rent every week - I now have the opportunity to apply for a free council flat (1 bed room)

but I do not want it

My family do not believe in me, nor do my teachers , and to be honest I don't really believe in myself anymore

but I still believe in myself a little bit and I want to aim higher than a 1 bed room council flat, and to be honest £20 rent a week is a lot of money as in a month it is £80 , and when I get the 1 bed room council flat I will have to pay money to furnish it etc, money and time I could spend doing other things that are more productive for me.. e.g. pursuing an education and a career.

So I want to turn down the council flat/ leave the hostel and instead, stay back in my family home (the family problems have stopped, even though my dad does not want me here anymore) and I want to save that £80 a month towards my future or to use it more productively e.g. to live my life...

There are no long story regarding your right of ownership of the photos, its negative etc. having finally paid for it.
On the strength of your ownership of it, instruct the photographer to tender all fragments of it to you that nothing of it shld be published or exhibited in any way, at any platform , nor anytime ever. He is already under the compulsion to comply. Don't forget Customers are always right, upon the payment of the item concern, stop worrying.

I would like to get free legal advice on a short question.

In December 2016, I went to a photo shoot to do a 'boudoir' photo shoot. However, it was not what I expected and it turned into a glamour photo shoot. The photographer took photographs of me in my UNDERWEAR, in me posing in a SEDUCTIVE way. It was with my FULL CONSENT and I was age 23. I am 24 now, and I feel ashamed and I am scared that if these photographs were ever to "come out" if I became successful in future, it can damage my image.It is giving me anxiety. When I originally asked the photographer if he can delete the photographs, he said that he doesn't delete photographs in case the client may want it in future. I have since checked his website, and his website says 'All Goods remain the property of [photographer name] until paid for in full and will bear the Company name and signature or logo.' I have paid for the photographs, so does that mean it is now my own? I am really worried, all I want is those photographs GONE as I do not want it to affect my career choices in future, I am very ambitious. Is there anything I can do?
