Just relaxing listening to ''all of me'' by John Legend. I felt like writing this article. While reading remember its what women not girls want. Here we go

1. TIME
we love when you spend quality time with us. QUALITY not QUANTITY. Make the little moments you spend with us treasured. Do things that that will make us remember those moments

2. BE STRONG
We are women and remember they say we are weaker vessels. We need a man who will be strong for us. We get emotional easily so we need a man who can be our strength when we are weak

3. COMMUNICATION
This is very important. Let us know what and wher you're up to, when you're coming over and when you're going. Tell us what you have in mind, it makes us feel more fulfilled

4. MAKE US PART OF YOUR LIFE
This is really necessary if you claim its a serious relationship. We love to know your friends, your family, your colleagues, church members etc. We love to be part of your dreams, we love to dream with you and hustle with you, we also like enjoying with you

5. CORRECT US
l don't know if this applies to all women but l love it (ask my boyfriend if you think am lying). When we are wrong correct us with care. We know we are not perfect and we're not above correction

6. NEVER GIVE US A REASON TO DOUBT YOU
Be open to us to the extent that we can take whatever you say. We hate doubting you but if you give us reasons to do so, we'll surely do

7. BEAR WITH US
At times we behave like kids, we nag, we do some silly things it doesn't mean we no longer love or care, its just part of us..please try understand and bear with us

8. PET US BUT DON'T SPOIL US
we love when you pet us, cuddle us, allow us rest our heads on your chest and shoulders (make us feel safe) when you surprise us with little gifts (they matter alot) when you spend on us, when you help us do some house chores but please don't over do it!!don't spoil us we have hands also

9. LISTEN TO US
You know we love talking alot, listen to us even when you feel its nonsense just give us a listening ear afterall they say out of every nonsense there's a sense.

10. PROMISES
Don't promise us heaven and earth (we're not interested) when you know you can't afford it. Make only promises you can fulfill. Be the guy who will fulfill those promises our ex (es) broke

11. DON'T JUDGE US
We told you our pasts because we feel you're man enough to handle it. If we're not ready to change we wouldn't have told you. Help us get over our pasts dont judge us please

13. TREAT US RIGHT (we are not your ex (es)
Don't say you treated her right yet she left you - we are not your ex. Do what is right, we understand your past and will not leave like she did. Treat us right and we'll stay

13. BE A MAN
stop acting like boys, we know its part of you but don't let it over shadow the man in you. Stop being a mummy's boy, we can treat you right most especially stop saying wizkid is your mentor even at 30 gosh!! Be a man, a real man

14. WE HAVE DREAMS ALSO
Don't focus on your dreams only, we have our own dreams also. Help us achieve our dreams and we will love you forever

15. DON'T CHEAT ON US
lts really painful when we turn down other guys just to be with you and then you cheat on us. Do you think we can't cheat? Yes we can but we know its not right....give us some respect please


16. MARRY US
We don't like it when guys come and go. Don't deceive us and break up with us, don't make us feel we've found the one and run away, don't have sex with us and disappear (we value our bodies ), don't start a relationship with us if you're not willing to marry us....please guys

Do exercises

sit ups, press ups and skipping

try hold you breath for some minutes then release [helps alot]

eat more fruits and less food


chew food properly before swallowing (especially eba, akpu, fufu etc)


you can also try some herbal slimming products



they all helped me get my flat belly am sure they'll work for you also
