I predict a Quarter Final berth at most in the AFCON

Kai Seyi uses his head better than his legs..Oga Idenna Una no go kill person here o.

I remember Seyi Olofinjana as a street footballer, playing departmental and faculty football in Lautech before he was persuaded by Crown coach in Ogbomosho that such talent deserved a league. He had a season with Crown fc in Nigeria lower league.

A friendly with Kwara United turned Seyi to a real footballer cos he was just playing the game for fun.He signed for Kwara utd with three other crown players which included university of Ilorin captain Adewunmi who always shuttling Ilorin and Ogbomosho playing for Crown.

Seyi Olofinjana football story changed when he was recommended by Amusa Adisa who discovered Emmanuel Olisadebe,Vincent Enyeama,Austin Ejide,Dele Aiyenugba....Olofinjana was a pure attacking midfielder with a class but find himself in a similar situation like John Obi Mikel...signing for Brann fc in Norway,he was converted to DM and Seyi creativity ended but really surprised he was dropped for Sani Kaita for 2010 world cup.

Seyi is following the footsteps of Mike Emenalo and is doing well.

Honestly good to be a University graduate playing the game...Mike Emenalo had a degree from Boston University,Akpoborie graduated from Buffalo in US,Odegbami an Engineering graduate,Adokiye a Law graduate and one time River state attorney general,Felix owo blow Owolabi a Phd holder,Andrew Uwe finished from university of Ife now OAU,Edith Agoye UI,Nosa Osadolor and Tunde Sanni from university of Ife,Olaolu Ashaolu from university of Ilorin,James Jigbale OAU,Adeolu Adekola unillag,Ikmpowosa omoregie Unilag,Willy Okpara Unilag...I noticed that educated ones among our retired players are doing well especially those from NPFL.
and more importantly they don’t beg the NFF for jobs

Pinnick absolutely does not love Eguavoen, Eguavoen was appointed technical director of the NFF out of nowhere as a reward for his campaign for Buhari's re-election in 2019 and now he has been appointed interim coach of the SE, same nepotism that is killing this country
what is this??

Interim na bro, interim.
Don't let the word "interim" deceive you. Or do you think these guys will be sacked before AFCON in weeks time?

My hypothesis here is that Pinnick and Government are still dragging the foriegn coach matter. So AFCON will be used as experiment. If it goes south, foreign coach. Otherwise, they continue.

You'd have to smoke pawpaw leaves for any excitement with this interim jagbajantis

It can't be worse than losing to CAR at home, losing to Madagascar, and struggling against Sierra Leone and Cape Verde.

At least these ones are local and know the Nigerian style of play. They won't put shackles on our game like Rohr did. We have brilliance in our wings and attack. Nigeria will be back to attacking teams ruthlessly.

Pinnick is not a good business man/administrator. He is the kind of person that will employ his friends and family members into his business and eventually kill the business. He is a good strategist though. I'll give him that.

Now that Rohr is out, what are the immediate changes we'll like to see in the team?

Starting with the line-up.

What is our optimal line up at the moment?

Our problem no be line up. These guys they appointed can't do better than Rorh.
Nothing to write home about as regards Eguavoen. HIs assistants even makes matters worse.

Rohr did not do badly with invitations but with coaching. If these guys do differently with invitation the results would even be worse or at least somewhat the same.

At least real transfer market value pedri at 80 million euros

Same can’t be said of Joao Felix before his 120million ATM move ,dude was only a proven Portuguese league player

At least o. Its still same overvaluation to me. Felix just disappear. Even Vinicius worth pass am by farrrr.

I've always felt most of the golden boys will not really shine the way the media do it.

Scam plenty for all these valuation. Big scam.

One will think he's the next Rooney with the way they hyped Joao.

Dey do use interim swear for Eguavoen. Always interim. Not even one new person.

If he's in charge for WCQ, im afraid, we aren't smelling Qatar, talkless Qa.

They treat this franchise like some NPFL team.

A pity they got 1billion instead of budgeted 6bn tho. Things just no dey ever dey organized.
