That is most likely jockitch. Its a fungi infection. U can treat it easily, but sometimes its takes a lot of timeto clear. And the risk of reoccurring is high especially in hot weather. You have to do spmw hygiene yourself. First, one boxers a day, and not breifs. Those loose boxers. The fungi grows in warm moist areas faster. u need to wash up area properly, dry it properly, then apply an antifungal cream morning at night. U may use an anti fungi meds too like fluconazole, there are many brands but i can tell u one, more expensive than others though but effective
